I was craving a flame grilled burger, they delivered on that, but someone please step up and help improve this restaurant.
No drive thru, no lemonade, and bathrooms that smell worse than a gas station bathroom. The smell of sewer gas permeates the air and your hands will be dirtier after you wash them than before you walked in the door.

Food was great, staff was clearly understaffed but all things considered they were doing the best they could. High 5 for everyone maintaining being polite even tho it was busy and clearly a stressful situation!

My wife hadn’t had Hardee’s breakfast in years after she moved away from Virginia and was very excited to eat her beloved biscuits and gravy. They were absolutely delicious and as she remembered. Crystal was so friendly that I asked for her name to include in my review. Excellent breakfast including my Frisco breakfast sandwich. Also they are one of the few restaurants that open at 5am which is wonderful considering we have an early start to our day. Perfect start to our day!

Waited almost 30 minutes for sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. Extra slow service. Flies flying around everywhere. This place is a mess!!
Been coming here every Sunday for years, and within the past few months, it seems to be getting worse. I am in the drivethrough as we speak and have been waiting, stuck, unable to pull out or leave for 30 minutes. Not sure how long it really takes to make a single biscuit but it’s ridiculous.

Went through the drive thru. It was busy but quick. Haven't been to a Hardee's in a long time. Had the classic burger. Still tastes like a back yard BBQ burger right off the grill. Hot and juicy 😋

The service was very slow, one person working the grill, while the other employees stood around and waited. Multiple people also came back inside complaining they didn't get sauce for their meal. The Dining area was not clean, and neither were the restrooms. If there was a manager on duty they needed training.

HORRIBLE! Went to this location to pick up a breakfast mobile order. Arrived & after telling employees I was there for a mobile order 3x, they informed me they were out of products for my order. I asked for a refund, where I was then directed to call the app. Problem here!!! There is NO NUMBER. You can only email. Here it is Wednesday, I’ve gotten no call, no email, no refund!! This is unacceptable & I’d like my $ back. Seems like they just want to take peoples $!!!! HORRIBLE
