Took our granddaughter for a birthday brunch after her ball game. We were charged for food and beverage but they ran out and did not tell us and would not refund us. Told us to do it through the app since we ordered through the app. Beware, the Hardee's app does not let you cancel or get a refund after the order is placed. So now I'm out big breakfast for 6 people and no refund, no response and you can't talk to anyone. Just a very BAD BAD experience. Other customers didn't have ice and the soda's were syrupy and the tea was out. Just an all around bad experience. We used to love Hardee's but this has left a real bad taste in our mouths. Went to McDonald's and had a WONDERFUL experience.

Based off several visits, average wait time to be even acknowledged is 7 minute... staff are unable to multi-task... work at one pace....SLOW...took 17 minutes today, for 3 items....

This has to be the slowest Hardee’s I’ve ever been too even on the days they’re not busy. I don’t know who the manager is but they should concentrate on efficiency and quality control. It’s really the worst one in the Richmond metro area.

Used to be a solid place for me to grab food for myself and coworkers, but the employees there were in such a bad mood the last couple times. Exasperated after saying I had more to order after the first item when i was the only person in line? Mid-day?? And then just processing the order after second item and leaving??? Im trying to order for 3 people just after lunch rush. It's not that deep. Let me order please.

Stopped by here during a family road trip to grab a Monster burger combo (which is oddly not available at Carl's Jr., which I understand is the same company, with the same star logo). It's always as good as I remember it to be! The only ding is that this Hardees was unable to serve onion rings or bone-in chicken like in the past, which the staff actually apologized for, but which is not their fault (but more of a corporate decision, I suppose). Great service, our server even offered to serve us newly made fries because she didn't want us to eat ones that were already sitting out for a bit. Thank you, guys!

Food was phenomenal and fresh, restaurant was clean the bathrooms were exceptionally clean the employees were very friendly my first time at a Hardee's in over 15 years very impressed
