Visiting Ashland and stopped here for lunch. This place is awesome! I had to stop myself from ordering a second lunch just to try more things on the menu. The chocolate silk pie is the dessert to get.

We knew what we wanted but waited in the order line behind a foursome who cut in front of us. They dithered for 20 minutes deciding. When we were about to place our order the cashier said the wait for food would be 45 mins to an hour forcing us to leave. Our order should have gone in before theirs because the cashier knew what was going on.

I walked in at 1:00 and ordered. I was right in front of the cashier sitting and waiting. At 1:25 I asked her if she could check where I was on the list. She came back and said my order did not show up on the computer even though I paid on my card. Then she said they can make a new one and it would take about 10 minutes. I told her just credit me back so she did. I know things happen, the review is how they handled the order. Maybe put my sandwich up next to make instead of saying around 10 minutes or, comp me for waiting over 30 minutes and leaving empty handed.

Ordered a box lunch last week to be picked up today. Disappointing meal. Bread was soggy and the pecan pie was inedible (stringy and looked like it had been dropped) I think it was made too early. Even the deviled egg wasn't too good today. i will wait a while before I order again.

Mrs suzzane and the staff are very nice. I have been there since June 21 2011. They are some of the best people to work there they treat everyone like family. All of my coworkers are some of the best people I know.
