Had a slight mishap with my order but KayKay was quick and efficient on fixing my order with a busy restaurant. She was very delightful. Jake was also kind too. As a retail manager these are the attitudes i love to see and celebrate. they are awesome.

I purchased a giant steak and cheese sub with Extra cheese and Extra mushrooms. My sub was Amazing!!! It was exactly like I ordered, hot and delicious. For the money, it was definitely worth it. I will be back and order another sub.

Cashier needs to learn to change out gloves before touching food after handling money. Absolutely disgusting.

The food is outstanding, but when we went to sit down to eat there were no clean tables. We cleaned one off and sat down, then glanced over at the area behind the counter where the sandwiches are prepped and saw this absolutely filthy mess. This is not just from one day. One of the workers used her gloved hands to pull up a mat from this floor and didn't even change her gloves before starting to help the next customer. The only guy trying to clean anything up was the one who was also cooking the food (he did appear to change his gloves, thankfully).

Horrible Service. Met here as a central meeting spot for a quick business lunch. The girl making the sandwiches that day was so rude and so unwelcoming I will never come back to this location. I was embarrassed because I'm the one that set up the meeting here for somebody I was making a business deal with. They even looked at me after I ordered and they ordered like, what is wrong with this woman? She didn't look you in the eye when ordering or asking how you wanted the sub, had a horrible mean look on her face, never smiled and didn't say thank you or anything.

Waited 10 very long minutes for a simple sub to be made at the counter. Four staff were working. The sub was wrapped and when I opened it the entire contents of the sandwich became loose and I had to eat it with a folk.It was a big mess. No apologies from the girl cashier just excuses. All Subways are superior to this Jersey Mike location. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Amazing 4th of July service!! Ordered sandwiches at 3.58pm and they were at my door at 4.05pm!! I’m seriously impressed! And the food was delicious as always. Best subs around.
