Jersey Mike's Subs

Horrible Service. Met here as a central meeting spot for a quick business lunch. The girl making the sandwiches that day was so rude and so unwelcoming I will never come back to this location. I was embarrassed because I'm the one that set up the meeting here for somebody I was making a business deal with. They even looked at me after I ordered and they ordered like, what is wrong with this woman? She didn't look you in the eye when ordering or asking how you wanted the sub, had a horrible mean look on her face, never smiled and didn't say thank you or anything.

Waited 10 very long minutes for a simple sub to be made at the counter. Four staff were working. The sub was wrapped and when I opened it the entire contents of the sandwich became loose and I had to eat it with a folk.It was a big mess. No apologies from the girl cashier just excuses. All Subways are superior to this Jersey Mike location. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Amazing 4th of July service!! Ordered sandwiches at 3.58pm and they were at my door at 4.05pm!! I’m seriously impressed! And the food was delicious as always. Best subs around.

Today was my first visit to this Jersey Mike's. It was recommended by Chad, a mngr at the General RV Center.
The store was empty at the time I arrived; the 3 young staff greeted me and were kind and friendly... haha, even saying they did a better job than my "Home Jersey Mike's" ?
So, I challenged them. All fun!
All around, a nice place. I'll go again, next time I am in the area!

Man the vibes were weird in this store. First impression was not great. Coworkers asking which tops go to which sandwich, wrong ingredients on others. Countertops seemed unclean as they slid everyone’s food around. I asked not one but two employees to not cut my sandwich, and still it was cut. Not the end of the world but I’d say my 2 year old had better listening skills. As a business owner myself I strive to make the customer happy and heard. Granted it was lunch time and the store was busy. I’ll stick to my staples mill location.

Came in semi close to when they were supposed to close (I thought they closed at 10). Being a former fast food worker myself, I apologized for the roadblock in their night, offering to leave. They immediately declined my offer and took my order, going to extensive lengths to not make me feel like an inconvience, even going as far as giving me a free fountain drink! While the food wasn’t as good as other sub places considering the price, the atmosphere and cute area it is located in made me willing to give this place a positive review! ?

Problem with this location is, when you use the Jersey Mike’s app, there is no option to get a fountain drink. I logged onto another location to see if it was a glitch or an issue, and you were able to order fountain drinks from other locations. I thought to myself, maybe they don’t have a drink machine. When I went inside to pick up my food, they sure as heck had one. What’s up with that? I also asked for extra mayonnaise on my sub and when I sat down to eat, it didn’t have it.

Love their Philly cheese steak.

The younger crew needs to be given some lessons in customer service,because I am a frequent customer & EVERYTIME I come in I feel like I’m being treated as if I’m not respected.I normally don’t do reviews but it’s REALLY starting to put me in a bad space with this specific location???

This is by far the worst JM I ever ate at before. The counter tops is always dirty employees standing around doing nothing. Veggies old lettuce brown and they just throw your food together as if you not paying ur money. I actually live near this location and drive all the way to mechanicsville to get my food made

I have heard nothing but great things about Jersey Mike’s in Lakeridge Parkway. I decided to give it a go on one Monday night. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted with smiling faces by two hard-working individuals, whom couldn’t have been older than high schoolers. Upon paying, they asked if I’d like to round up for charity. I thought this was a kind gesture of jersey mikes to give back. The young men and I had a spirited conversation, specifically about basketball. I have been struggling recently, but these young men made me forget about life’s struggles as I ate this delicious sub. The food was fairly good, but the workers made it taste like it was gourmet.
