This location is off my list. I stopped at about 4:15. I waited for over 30 minutes out front to get my food. No one told me it was going to take that long. They had no white meat chicken. The lady came out. Didn't even apologize and I told her they should have told me the wait was going to be that long. She just walked off after telling me she was waiting on the other person to cook it. Very rude. The last few times we have gone here service has been terrible.

Drive Thru cashier was on 10/02/2024 at 12:04PM seemed to have been in a hurry for us to place the order while still looking at the menu. Her whole demeanor was rude and unprofessional. She acted as if we were bothering her by placing an order like she didn’t want to be at work. Food was good. Sweet tea fire.

The staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh the seating area tile floor needed to be cleaned due to being sticky from drink spillage but other than that I would eat here again.

Colonel Sanders is turning over in his grave. Long Silvers has abandoned them. The fish was overly breaded, shrimp was salty, fries and corn warm biscuit was warm n old. So I ordered the chicken, it was extremely breaded and barely warm. Service was poor! We are cause we had to. As we were leaving another family left also because no one came to the counter to take their order. Whole staff should be fired!!!

Je revenais de voyage avec ma famille et nous sommes arrêtés autour de cet endroit pour manger, et moi bien entendu je suit aller manger au KFC et pour commencer sa sentait fort le tabac et la cigarette, et pour le service sa la pris à peut près 3 minute avent que l'on ce fasse demander notre comment et pourtant il avait personne à l'avent de nous, et il on pris 7 minutes pour me servir, mes point positif la nourriture était Vraiment très bon.
I was coming back from a trip with my family and we know stopped around him from this place to eat, I of course I follow going to eat at the KFC with and to start it smelled strong tobacco and cigarette, and for the service it took it was scared 3 minutes before we took our how and yet he had no one before us, and it took 7 minutes to serve me, my positive point the food was really very good.
Prices have gone up which I'm not happy about and the quantity of what you used to get has gone down. Like the meal I got last night used to come with two sides and was a dollar less now it's $2 more and one less side. I mean how hard would it have been to keep the extra side it only cost the company probably 30 cents.

More than enough staff to cover the small number of customers and drive through guests but service took forever and several people were complaining in line. Nearly walked out before ordering due to how slow it was. Food was fair but bathroom was not very tidy and there were no cover for cups if you wished to take your drink to go. Management needs a serious evaluation of how this site operates and could operate more effectively.
Nov 2023 - I am updating my review because I had two positive experiences here (my parents like it so I was purchasing food for them) since September. Still needs work but the recent staffing was much more helpful though the drink machine was not blending well and it still seemed a bit chaotic. baby steps.
