Prices have gone up which I'm not happy about and the quantity of what you used to get has gone down. Like the meal I got last night used to come with two sides and was a dollar less now it's $2 more and one less side. I just placed an order with Felicia who was so friendly. I really felt like she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and taken care of! I was inspired to ask for her name so that I could write a review and give her this praise. This is my first time ordering food from this location. I look forward to doing so again now that I know that they are so kind and willing to provide this type of service. Thank you!

We stopped by here during a road trip. The restaurant was still open for at least another hour but the entire staff was just outside talking. We went in and was waiting for more than 15 minutes before they decide to saunter in. It took another 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. During this entire time, not a single person washed their hands but went right back into their stations and ignoring customers who were waiting. When we finally got to place our order, they took a long time to prepare the food. The food was prepared accurately but took forever and was cold. The bathrooms weren't clean and didn't have toilet paper.Weirdly enough, we placed two separate orders. One in cash and one with a card and both times they asked us to round up but didn't state where the extra cash was going. Am I giving it as a tip, to charity, or lining the pockets of a multi-billion dollar company?

More than enough staff to cover the small number of customers and drive through guests but service took forever and several people were complaining in line. Nearly walked out before ordering due to how slow it was. Food was fair but bathroom was not very tidy and there were no cover for cups if you wished to take your drink to go. Management needs a serious evaluation of how this site operates and could operate more effectively.Nov 2023 - I am updating my review because I had two positive experiences here (my parents like it so I was purchasing food for them) since September. Still needs work but the recent staffing was much more helpful though the drink machine was not blending well and it still seemed a bit chaotic. baby steps.

Waited at the counter about 10 minutes before someone took our order. Finally got to order and 20 minutes later we were still waiting for food. Asked for a refund, at that time we were told they had to cook the tenders. Would have been nice to know this when we placed our order, we would have picked a different chicken option.

The food is good depending on who is the cook is. Manager wise along as the old white ain't there you should have a good experience. The GM do not how to run a restaurant properly cuz she lazy 2. Be cautious eating few of the dish washer dnt clean stuff well. The barely get cleaned unless the the other manager is there. This is not a place that should be your first choice. Grease dnt get changed like that cuz they worried bout how much grease is used. Instead of worrying about the taste of the product. I kno cuz I just stop working there. If you go in there while the white lady is there and you want to upside your side to a large. She will charge you Regular price outside your meal. Justvfor a large side and then talk to customers any kind of way. This is.not a person you want to work for. Think twice before eating your experience is depends on how that lady feel.

The lady closing up the restaurant on 10/31 was shockingly and unnecessarily rude! I don’t know her name because she refused to talk to us, walked away both times we tried to engage with her. Upsetting.
