Super cute, quaint creamery and gift shop with unique, snarky, artsy gifts. Stopped in for a cone and was pleasantly surprised. The attendant was super friendly and gave us samples of several of the unique flavors. If I lived in the area I would come back here for Xmas stocking stuffer shopping!Parking: Lots of spaces. Shares with several businesses. Wasn’t crowded at all.Kid-friendliness: Kids would love it here!

Very good, 2 scoops. 1 of Cindy Lou Who Lemon which was lemony and creamy in the best way. Other scoop was salted caramel cookie, which tasted really caramely. Will definitely go again when I get the chance!

My wife and I went for an anniversary dessert. It was really good. She enjoyed a lemon creme ice cream and I tried three different flavors in a waffle cone. All amazing. My favorite was the oatmeal raisin. They also have huge cookies (got two) and hubs peanuts. Definitely had to buy some canisters of those. The owner was extremely friendly and so sweet, she told us about upcoming events for the kids as well as new menu items on the way. We we definitely be back soon.

Visited in early summer - delicious ice cream flight and adorable shop, but it’s not near our home. Made the trip back today and we were rewarded with really fresh, delicious ice cream in homemade waffle cones and a really nice staff. Tried 4 flavors and they were all really good. Worth the drive!

Great little ice cream shoppe. Bright, clean and fun interior which is somewhat of a gift shop. We were greeted upon entering. The ice cream server was so kind and polite which made me feel comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool for a hot sunny day. This is very important for an ice cream shoppe. Who wants melted ice cream? There was a nice assortment of flavors to make cones, cups, sundaes and milkshakes. There was another freezer full of ice cream behind the counter. There was a sign above it listing all those flavors but the server was so kind he read them aloud to us. A totally perfect ice cream experience. There's plenty of parking in the strip mall shared with Industrial Tap House.

I came in today to get ice cream to go. I was going to bring home a treat for the whole family. I had my son, and he ordered a flight that has 6 half scoops and some cone chips. I went to order my wife the ice cream nachos, and the young man said he was told not to make that "to go" anymore. I asked why, and he simply said he was told not to. He said they would make it to eat there but not to go. I asked if I could get anything else to go, and he said yes, anything. Well, I paid for my son's ice cream, $10.07, and left. You not only missed out on my additional seven orders, but you will not get my business going forward. Five minutes down the road, you can get ice cream made anyway you want, with any toppings to go, at a place called Coldstone.

I was really pleased with the milkshakes they were oh so good. What I was more pleased with was the incredible service of mr Charlie, who treated me so well and I love him! Will definitely come back! The end

Adorable ice cream and gift shop in Ashland We were Ashland to visit Greentop and stumbled upon this hidden gem of an ice cream shop nearby. It is located in a strip mall near Industrial TapHouse. The staff is super friendly. They talked about all flavors and offered tastes of whatever we wanted to try Nice size servings - great value You can taste the homemade, farm fresh goodness in the ice cream They have rotating seasonal flavors, lots of toppings, multiple types of cones, and dipped ones too! Also, milkshakes, sundaes, icrecream nachos, and ice cream tacos. Nachos are made with waffle cone chips! Oh! They have fresh cookies and brownies too! But that's not all - this place is like a treasure trove of cuteness with its cute and quirky gift items, too. You can even bring home an adorable stuffed Hairy the cow! Can't wait to return! What we tried Oatmeal Cookie Banana Pudding Crazy cookie dough cake batter Happy Trail (like moose tracks) Random fact: What's a Lickinghole? "Lickinghole" is a pre-colonial term used to describe a place where wildlife or farm animals would go to find fresh water to drink My rating rationale +1 Service +1 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +1 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

I always get excited to support local business but I was highly disappointed. When you walk in you see a case that has about 8 flavors. We ordered and then went to the other side to pay where we then noticed 6 more flavors but it was too late. My stepdaughter ordered a double chocolate cup and I ordered a single cup. Hers was done by a young man and mine was done by an older woman. This apparently made a huge difference. Hers looked like it should and my scoop barely even went to half the cup. Then it was like she tried to cover up the barely there ice cream with the toppings (that were stale). I had one bite and threw it out. My stepdaughter said it tasted like regular ice cream from the store, nothing special. So disappointed! The layout of the ice cream part is just weird and feels like it was an after thought to the gift shop.

3.5. It was fine. The store was really cute and had some fun and unique gift options, but the ice cream was just okay. It was Blue Bell brand and the options were limited, plus the prices were a bit on the high end for what you get ($4.50 for one small scoop in a cup/cone). We shared a brownie sundae ($9.50; perfect size for two people). The brownie was warm and tasty and my favorite part. I don’t know that I would go out of my way to go back, but it was worth trying out a new spot.

Stopped by on a hot Sunday for some delicious ice cream. The owner was very nice and the young men serving the ice cream were very professional, friendly, and courteous, which stands out a lot these days!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. The cute gift shop reminds me of a mini Cracker Barrel (which I love) and the ice cream is amazing. They serve Richlands Creamery ice cream and I ordered a "flight" of flavors with waffle cone chips. I was in heaven. I will definitely be back and love supporting small businesses.

I’m really shocked to see the 2 negative reviews about this fabulous little ice cream spot. As a Manager in customer service I found it to be extremely reasonably priced and had the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. It is called “Lickinghole Creamery & Gifts so it is a gift store that has a warm vibe not the cold ice cream feel as most shops. Their flavors are delicious and all homemade. It’s not Baskins Robins but I’m glad for that! This is a small family “Veteran” owned business and yet it doesn’t have a changing station like one customer said..it does have 2 restrooms. I wasn’t offended I couldn’t change my baby in the restroom…so when changing stations are offered I change in the car. Keep doing what you are doing at Lickinghole Creamery! Your community supports you 100%. Oh and congratulations to winning “The 2023 Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave! You totally deserved it!

We loved coming here! Delicious ice cream, tons of toppings/cone options, and a super cute gift shop. They also had lawn blankets so you could sit outside in the grassy area and staff was super friendly
