When they got new management it was amazing and much better than what they did in the past. Now there's always young kids working there. Not very friendly and half the time have 0 clue what im trying to order. My pizza is always overcooked and not even cut several times. I think its time to stop hiring teens that dont want to work and do their job. I will not be coming here again. Spend a little more money at a better pizza place

I just went here to get a pizza keep in mind you when we got to the window the kids in the building were playing not trying to take our order I ordered my pizza and waited, when I got my pizza it wasn’t what I asked for MY PIZZA WAS NOT CUT I sent the pizza back TWICE bc they still got it wrong then says there is no manager on duty I think they should be managed overnight because all they are doing is playing

Customer service is always great I come to get cheesy bread and it’s delicious. But the have a light in the parking lot that needs to be fixed. It’s hanging over the light scares me every time I have to go pass it

Asked for fresh pizza puffs and I can tell they warmed an old pizza puff up. Smh this place is hit it miss depending on how the staff feels which is sad. You already have to eat this pizza when it’s hot but to get an old pizza that’s been warmed up is so disappointing. Plz do better because this place has so much potential.

My neighbor had a pizza delivered and the delivery driver was to lazy to put his vehicle in the parking spot!!! This would have made it difficult for an emergency vehicle to do their job!! The next I see your drivers put their vehicle in a no parking spot instead of a regular parking spot because they are too lazy to park in a parking spot I will be forced to call ashland police

This place has just absolutely almost gone under. More property is super dirty. The drive up window does not work. The service is extremely slow. And someone from the corporate office needs to get involved in this location. I’m giving it a one star review and that’s being generous.

I ordered two pizzas yesterday morning. It was ready in 5 minutes. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. The service was excellent! My overall experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this location.

We ordered a custom round pizza & some crazy puffs. I really enjoyed it & I would get it again. I would also recommend it to people if it is there first time coming to Little Caesars.
