I try not to leave reviews but this is my 3rd time ordering from this restaurant and my food has not been made properly. I ordered 5 orders of crazy puffs. All of them came almost burnt and dry with no garlic and herb butter or parmesan seasoning.for the pepperoni crazy puff the just threw a single pepperoni on top barely any cheese on top of the puffs and none inside. This is horrible. A waste of money.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Walk-ins that showed up after me were served first. The business model of cheap but quickly available only works if the wait time is less than 10 minutes. It's rare I do a bad review, but it was warranted. Hire more people or different people because this isn't working

Pulled up to the order box on Friday 3/1/24 and was told it is going to be a 40min wait on pizza. I stated a 40 minute wait on pizza on a Friday at 6pm and I was told that is how is. This is insane why are there no pizza ready on the busiest night. This place really needs to be shut down. Management is rude and unprofessional.
