Just ordered food from this location. Very impressed with the back kitchen staff. I could hear the manager loudly giving directions. Not meanly but assertive and confident in what she was doing and her staff was communicating. Everyone had smiles on their faces and everyone was hustling. It’s rare to see that from a McDonald’s these days. Great job and great communication with their team and with me the customer. They checked on me frequently and let me know they were working on it. Excellent job.

Tried to order at the drive through about a half an hour before their posted closing time. Waited at the speaker for a few minutes and said hello and no one answered. As I drove away I saw an employee inside with a headset on just eating some fries. Absolutely ridiculous.

There’s a manager his a male with red hair that was eating the fries with his bare hands from the fry station I’ve just nasty. Then we asked for a refund and the other manager a lady slam the window on our face after she gave a refund.This is unacceptable will be contacting corporate. Then we seen him do it twice and he ate a fry out a kids happy meal. Bad customer service from both mangers and I couldn’t believe she slam the window on us. We came 9/16/25 around 6:25pm and ordered two number ones.

Terrible experience, I did a mobile order. It was total confusion. The person talking the orders had us pulling up all over the parking lot. They continued to take orders, yet there were at least 9 people in the drive thru waiting for their food. After about 15 minutes, I pulled into a parking space and went inside. It was even more chaotic inside the restaurant. Everyone was waiting for their orders inside as well. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant.

Service is always pretty good and the ladies are very friendly especially the evening/night shift women. However the food is always nasty. The nuggets are always soggy and nasty. Ive never had a good crispy nugget ever from here and the fries are never hot. The sprite always taste like water. The other location by 95 isn't much better unfortunately.
