I will go out of my way to visit this McDonald’s because it is head and shoulders above the rest! And yes, my family eats at McDonald’s so much that we have a lot of locations to compare them to. Don’t judge. ;) Their sodas have that famous Mickey Ds zip every single time, their service is friendly and efficient most visits, and they deliver my family’s custom burger orders with near perfection. Definitely a step ahead of others!

So I got McDonald’s this morning for my children. And when I got the bag, I checked and noticed my pancakes isn’t there. So I was like “okay? Lemme just go in and tell them they forgot my pancake” So I went in and told them and they gave me some free pancakes which I thankful for. But when I got home, one of my kids ran up showing that there was a 2 big bites already in the pancakes that were hidden under the top the wasn’t bitten. So I was confused. And my other daughter showed me that on her sandwich there was black stuff on it? Now I don’t know if it like that normally like that but it’s still really strange.

This McDonald’s is so lazy they will give you a McDouble instead of a double cheeseburger. Happened to me multiple times. Time for corporate to step in. They are the worst McDonald’s in Hanover .
The drive thru guy was very nice! It felt like it was important to him to get things correct, and he offered a treat to my dog! That was awesome because i had just finished taking the dog to the vet. The last time I was here, I had some issues. But this time was absolutely great. The drive thru guy deserves to be recognized for his great attitude and attention to detail. The lady at the other window was also great!
Management is lucky to have employees like the ones I interacted with today. It was genuinely refreshing to have such a pleasant experience.
