This hasn't been a great McDonald's over the past few years, but it's fallen to new lows. Most recently I had to 20 minutes for a mobile order that the app said was 2-5 minutes. When I went inside to investigate, the register was unmanned and the manager on shift was literally hiding in the kitchen. He wasn't slammed or furiously working, just casually processing orders and trying very hard to not look at the crowd of people waiting on him at the register. When I finally got my food there was no apology for the delay or any attempt to ameliorate the situation, just a remark that they were shorthanded.

main this macdonalds was horrible My food took 45 minutes and some lady was yellin at me to pull up to the white line. when i finally got my food there was some distrusting stuff growing in my food and there was a glob of spit in my food. but claude was great love that guy

I don't really know how to review this place. I order, pay for my meal and virtually NEVER get my food. It really is a shame since this is only a mile from my house and it would be nice to go and get a quick burger every once in a while. Once a year or so I give them another try figuring, "it can't happen again." but it does! My most recent visit the staff was clearly very confused. I thought to myself, "here we go again." There was a car in the waiting area that just got their bag of food while I was at the window. Two attendants came running out with a different bag telling the person they gave them the wrong food. Bad sign. I ordered one simple thing, a quarter pounder with cheese. Of course I was told to wait at the white line like always. And, like always, my food never came. My time is valuable. I just drove away like always. I will give them another chance in a year or two but I guarantee it will be the same thing. Order, pay, wait, never get food. The funny thing is I travel a lot for business and sometimes I only have time to go to a McD drive through and I never have this problem anywhere else. I really wish this franchise would get there act together. This property easily owes my 50 bucks in food . Unbelievable.

I just walked out of the store. I was standing in line for 12 minutes, and I was next to the only person in the counter. I was not offered my soda and I watched my order routine on the board as in progress. I came up to the register Asked for the MOD. I told him I want a refund, and he goes are you sure? What do you mean am I sure 12 minutes? Also the AC is not working in the store and ice. Very very dissatisfied.
The evening of 7/27/25, they ran out of food! I went to the Drive Thru, it really wasnt moving which was a bad sign. Cars were pulling off. Finally I reach the window and employee advised they had absolutely no food, not even a chicken nugget. They just gave away their last 2 hamburgers. Been going to McDonalds for 40 years and this a first!! Employee was cordial but not too helpful.

I just got back in the car from waiting 30 GOD DAMN MINUTES in the line for 6 MEASLY CHICKEN NUGGETS. I ended up getting 7 instead of 6 so I gave the food a 3. But this location?? Takes SO LONG!!!!

By far the worst McDonalds in Virginia. They need more staff, better training and better attitudes. After waiting 20 minutes in the curbside pickup, I finally went inside to get my order and it was wrong. No apologies either… guy just sighed and went back to make the happy meal. Owner of this franchise should be ashamed.
