We had a great food here! I love Pandas food and I’m a frequent visitor. This time my friend and I had Orange Chicken Bowl & Shrimp with Fried Rice and we loved it. Also we tried the watermelon mango flavored refresher. The store seemed clean, friendly staff, not too busy and a nice and clean restroom. Also they a plenty of parking.

Sad place of business when it’s almost time to close. It’s really sad to come to a place that closes at 10pm and you come at 9:30 and they have nothing and say they close at 10 so they break everything down. Then close at 9:30. Since being on this side of town I’m going to travel 30 min where I moved from to go to what I know. Ashland plz do better from the grocery stores, nail shops, and restaurants it’s all just a mess 😒

2 stars for food, I got a plate, beef and broccoli and orange chicken with fried and white rice. The beef and broccoli smelled like old smoker burnt ashtray. The smell was so repulsive... I didn't even eat it. Service was SO SLOW. I ordered on the app and went once I got the text that the food was ready, went through drivethrough and literally sat in line for about 15 minutes. Atmosphere.... idk, I didn't go inside so 3 stars bc everything else sucked. Panda has ruined it for me.

A New Restaurant in Town but not New to the business. I got my first sample of their service and food in Detroit. I can tell you it's still 5 Stars 🌟 🤩. Service was on point, the selections, the same. Hot, good, and satisfying. You have got to go by the next time you're in town. Great selections and fantastic atmosphere. Go by! Be Cool 😎

So I work in the area and visit Panda Express maybe a couple times per month. No issues ever. Everything has been fine. This week I went through the drive thru, ordered, she said it was $10/11 roughly, which is all typical. I didn’t get a receipt (I normally don’t). Went on about my day. The next day I check my bank account and see that I was charged way more $40.77. I went back to Panda Express fully and expecting that nothing could be done because I didn’t get a receipt. To my surprise, Malim, the manager, was extremely helpful. I gave him the information and he said that’s not right we are going to look into this right away. By the of the day, there was a credit pending back to my bank account. Everyone was super nice, even the guy behind the counter. I guess technically this shouldn’t be a perfect review but since it turned out to be a good experience overall, I’m not going to dig them. Thank you to Malim and his team.

Came here today because I wasn't feeling good and just really wanted some white rice, I was gonna share my meal with my fiancee so I just order the bigger plate a drink and a order of rangoons as all I really wanted was the white rice, firstly the drive through lady was not necessarily rude to me, but was extremely obvious she was in a foul mood. Then we are asked to pull up and wait an additional ten minutes for my food only to realize when getting home they gave me fried rice. Seems this place has been going downhill for everyone in town

This is the best Panda Express I’ve ever been to! The service was outstanding, especially thanks to a wonderful employee named Yulisa. She was so kind and made my experience even better!
The front lady was really rude And fulls with alot of attitude . but the other staff were very helpful and cooperative .

I came to this Panda Express on England Street because my friend wanted some Chinese food. We didn't want to go far because this restaurant was right next block from the hotel.
The food was mediocre. Service was below expectations. I asked for brown and white rice. But they didn't have brown rice. We were probably the first customers on that day. They ran out of brown rice?
The restaurant was pretty new. I believe it opened in late 2023. I hope they improve the service soon.

I recently ordered takeout from Panda Express, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The employee who assisted me didn’t smile and seemed unhappy, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Additionally, they forgot to include my side item, and the teriyaki chicken and rice I received didn’t taste fresh. I hope the staff receives better support to improve the customer service experience and the food quality is addressed. This location has potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement
