On several occasions I’ve come to this location and order 2 bowls of Chicken Noodle soup. To my surprise I seem to always get 2 bowls of broth. Now there is a big difference in Chicken Noodle soup and broth and you would think that the cooks, cashiers and management would know the difference. Unfortunately, they do not. Today was no different. This time my husband went for me since I was a bit sick. Same order and yes, the same service. 2 bowls of broth. The cashier went to get the manager (Josh) and instead of getting the order corrected, he decided to only bring over 1 bowl of soup and justify that there are more noodles in the other bowl. What? Is he serious? Did he just portion out the noodles? This is what our hard earned $20 has resulted too? Mind you, I visit Panera often. But this time really made me and my husband feel some kind of way. Now I’m on the phone listening to all this and kindly told my husband to give him your receipt and ask for your money back. My husband also mentioned again how disappointed he was in the service and never thought in his life he would ever hear that a manager was portioning out food that we pay for. He cannot get here fast enough to add a picture but obviously it was so egregious that the offer was for 1 additional bowl. Clear case of “you don’t get what you pay for. “
This is a true story at this exact location.

It looks like the place wasn't clean for a while... So disappointed and unpleasant to eat there. I want to believe that the working area in the kitchen looks better.

I've never tried this place. I'm a long distance truck driver and I am doing laundry next door at the truck stop. OMG!!!!!😂😂😂 This place is delicious. I got the baggete with French onion soup, I got a chocolate croissant which I've never liked before, and I absolutely loved everything!!!!! The macarons are bomb!!! The bread is totally worth the calories!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰

I would say one of the best lunches i have had at paneras, sandwich was awesome and the salad. But the service in the door sucked had to ask loudly for someone to show up to the counter to take my order the she wasnt very friendly the sandwich was very well made. As most know paneras a bit over priced for the quanity of food not something i do everyday though

If you don't order on the app good luck ever getting your food. I watched my order endlessly get bumped to the back.

I’ve been a loyal Panera customer for over 15 years, and today I experienced something that has never happened to me at any other location.
While traveling home through several states, I stopped by this location for breakfast with about three minutes to spare before breakfast service ended. Upon entering, there was no one at the front register or available to greet customers. After waiting a bit, I had to poke my head through the pickup window and ask if anyone was available to take my order.
When a team member finally came out, I ordered the Asiago Bagel Sandwich with steak and, as I always do with Panera orders, asked to customize it due to dietary needs. I requested no spicy sauce because I suffer from severe heartburn, GERD, and acid reflux and can’t tolerate anything spicy. To my surprise, the team member told me she needed to ask if that modification could be made. I was honestly shocked—why would a manager need to approve a customer’s dietary restriction?
Still, I let it go, until I asked for another basic customization: to remove raw red onions (which I cannot eat) and substitute sautéed onions instead. Again, she said she’d have to ask. By this point, I was frustrated. I’ve never been told I couldn’t customize a sandwich at Panera—especially for health reasons. I am a bariatric patient and I cannot eat everything the average person can.
I asked to speak with the manager three times before she finally went to get her. The manager, Maria, came out and gave me vague, dismissive explanations—mentioning something about the sandwich being a limited-time item, referencing soups (which I didn’t even order), and trying to justify the team member’s confusion because she “doesn’t usually work weekend mornings.” None of these excuses made any sense to me—the menu doesn’t change based on who's on shift.
I felt disrespected, unheard, and undervalued as a long-time customer. It was truly disappointing, and had I been a local, I wouldn’t return to this location.
To her credit, Maria did offer me a complimentary item of my choice for the trouble, and I accepted a kitchen sink cookie. She also said she’d be retraining the team member, which I hope actually happens.
This is not the standard of service or customer care I’ve come to expect from Panera. I hope this was an isolated incident, but it was still frustrating and discouraging.

I have eaten here periodically and not been disappointed before.
Maybe it was a one off, but it tookforever to get our order. Nothing special or unusual was ordered and it was not crowded.
Also, they tell you, on various signs, to go to the pickup window for your drink cups/drinks while you wait for your order. Were told that we would get the drink cups (self serve) when the meal came out. I had a hot chocolate...which, ok if it's busy it makes sense to take time to get. But it wasn't busy. And the other drinks were just from the self serve machine, so why wait for our cups?
My wife, patient as always, cancelled her order and left. She told me to double check that when the orders came out because they'd told her they would cancel it but the system wouldn't take the cancel right now (or something like that, she had ordered hers separate from ours). I did check when our order came up and the manager said that the cancel had gone through.
I have eaten here a handful of times and always before had good service. So hopefully it was just a bad day this once.
