I have eaten here periodically and not been disappointed before. Maybe it was a one off, but it tookforever to get our order. Nothing special or unusual was ordered and it was not crowded. Also, they tell you, on various signs, to go to the pickup window for your drink cups/drinks while you wait for your order. Were told that we would get the drink cups (self serve) when the meal came out. I had a hot chocolate...which, ok if it's busy it makes sense to take time to get. But it wasn't busy. And the other drinks were just from the self serve machine, so why wait for our cups? My wife, patient as always, cancelled her order and left. She told me to double check that when the orders came out because they'd told her they would cancel it but the system wouldn't take the cancel right now (or something like that, she had ordered hers separate from ours). I did check when our order came up and the manager said that the cancel had gone through. I have eaten here a handful of times and always before had good service. So hopefully it was just a bad day this once.

I go here when working in the area and it has great food and many options. It’s priced high for the amount you get. Clean and good service.
Vegetarian options: You should have some veggie options if you can’t do meat.
Parking: Good parking and and another lot further in the back.

The drop off comes from the service and atmosphere.
I can tell this is an older place and it’s one of the most run down Panera restaurants.
Not that cozy, not that welcoming.
The place is extremely dirty and there are flies everywhere.
The place is quiet but yet a lot of the tables are dirty. There are no pages. The self service devices were sticky dirty. Bathroom had flys. The dining area had a lot of flys.
I would not recommend this location.
