Was looking for something for the family to eat after my son's soccer game. I told my wife about the great pizza I had at Pepicellis one day for lunch at work. She said, "Let's go. It didn't disappoint. She loved it, and so did my son who's a picky eatter.

Came from Glen Allen and ordered 3 pizzas: cheese, margarita, and veggie. For the cheese pizza, half of it was plain cheese, and the other half had cheddar mixed in. This was surprisingly very unique and very good. The margarita pizza comes with a balsamic glaze, and to be honest, my family and I thought it was okay, but not worth ordering again. The veggie pizza wasn't bad, especially with the cheddar, but didn't stand out much either.Overall, if I were to come again, I'd just get cheese pizzas with cheddar. However, this place is nearly 20 minutes from my home, so the likelihood of ordering again is quite slim, but I do still recommend this place for those that live closer.

The food was amazing. I got the Wings which usually are a tos sup at restaurants but he were perfect. The staff was very nice and treated me like i was a guest and not a customer. It is not a very sit down friendly place but there is seating. I recommend getting the garlic knots and the cinnamon knots to go. And to Leonard Beachly, you are wrong and it was your fault.
It was super bowl Sunday. Ordered my normal pizza, the place was hopping.It was not to my liking(crust was very dark)They took the time to remake it, even though it was busy. The customer service is excellent and everyone is focused on making the customer happy.

This pizza restaurant does not take orders over the phone. You call and say you want to place an order and you're put on hold until you give up. I was on hold last night for over 10 minutes. I finally went there because the online order kept messing up and not giving me the order I wanted in the "build your own" category. That's why I called in the first place. I figured that they would be jammed with orders when I arrived, which would explain not getting back with me to take my order. Nope. Totally empty with the employees standing around doing nothing. And this was just 10-15 minutes after I hung up. I like their pizza, but I won't be back. There are a lot of pizza restaurants nearby. I'm left wondering if the owner has ever heard of a concept called customer service. If I were rating the pizza, it would be a 4 or 5, but no pizza is worth the total lack of customer service.

This was our third time ordering from Pepicelli's. The second time wasn't great but I gave it one more chance today since we received a special 50% off offer for Super Bowl Sunday. BIG MISTAKE! Pizza arrived cold and just wasn't good. Soggy crust. I was really hoping for more this time but sadly not. Won't be ordering again. We will be sticking with Dominoes.

Got a steak philly...they used canned jalapeños and the chef apparently doesn't know to drain toppings first because the sandwich was a soggy mess.No flavor to the meat just grey barely cooked meat. Got a pizza here before to they didn't drain the garlic before putting it on and crust was wetter than a fish in water. They need a cook that knows what to do just rushing the food out this place is falling fast

This has always been a favorite for my son and I. Since we moved & are no longer as close, I make it a point to order any time I am in Ashland. Not only is their pizza amazing, their entire menu is. It’s also not just about the food - the guy that runs the place is a gem! He’s shown kindness to those who needed it most & without hesitation. All of the other employees are amazing as well - always smiling, polite & kind. Happy employees come from amazing managers & this guy has the secret recipe for amazing pizza AND leadership. I could write so much more but I’ll end it with saying you will not be disappointed & since they make so much more than just pizza, there is something for everyone in the family! I’m positive it will soon become a favorite for you & your family too!
