Let me start by saying that besides the 3 star rating I will be back. I never judge to harsh the first time unless it's a disaster. Nice local new hangout. I watched food come out. Everything was good, I had the Cuban and unfortunately it didn't have pulled pork on it, but it was a good sandwich. My wife had the steak Philly which was spot on! We shared an order of cheese curds which were crispy and piping hot so those were very good. The only major complaint was the coleslaw, it was an extremely fine shaved cabbage (I'm talking the thickness of hair) and it tasted like just plain mayo with no lemon juice celery seed or anything in it and there...
Long time friend, this guy knows how to run businesses. His passion in life certainly shows through Piggy's; the food is great, huge selection of beer options, the atmosphere here does extremely well balancing bar crowds and families. Calling it now, this will continue to be a staple, long-term.
