Place a order online for take out or so we thought we did. Arrived when it was suppose to be ready. Unfortunately the submit button never got hit. Had to wait in the lobby on a Friday night. That place was rolling. It was moving like a well oil machine. Got my order when it said I would. The lady at the front checked my order several times to make sure everything was right. Which it was. Food was great.

Having a third party delivery for you without the use of hot bags is a fail. We ordered $45 worth of product tonight. It was all cold and unappealing. The driver said the boxes shifted so wasn’t sure which ones were ours…nothing is labeled so it turned into a 10 min guessing game of which customers received what. We ended up getting one wrong pizza we didn’t order which means the subsequent customer also got the wrong order. Do better, too many pizza places to choose from for that level of service…it will be a long time before we call again

Absolutely awful experience the one time I switch from my normal pizza place it’s an absolute disaster. Husband orders pizza and goes to pickup when it says it’s going to be ready he sees the pizza ready and they say the systems are down you can’t have the pizza mind you my husband can see it and it’s paid for. They tell him to leave and close the store!!! Take our money and can’t even give us the pizza that we have proof we bought!? Absolutely insane!

Very rarely can I order a light cheese extra sauce pizza from anywhere and they actually achieve my desired ratio of sauce to cheese. This Pizza Hut hits a home run every time I order.

I went to that specific pizza hut 3 Tuesdays in a row..each time it got better,employees are good but obviously they dont have enough employees compared to my local pizza huts

There was a small mistake with my order, but the staff was incredibly responsive and quickly made it right. Their professionalism and great customer service truly stood out. This is by far the best Pizza Hut location I've dealt with so far, in my opinion. The food is consistently good and the service is always pretty great. I only visit this location when working and hope they remain consistent as most Pizza Hut locations I've encountered are not. You can tell the employees work hard so hoping the company acknowledges them.
