Just spent 2 weeks traveling the east coast and this was the best meal I had! Restaurant was so clean, restrooms spotless and food was cooked perfectly and fresh! What a great job they are doing there! You just don’t find that very often.

Stopped by Sunday afternoon.,this is fairly new in Ashland wanted to try ordered 8 pieces of chicken spicy just chicken got home , opened box 4 pieces of chicken on top was cooked fresh the other 4 pieces under the fresh you could clearly see it was overcooked or under the heat lamp way to long . Not happy payed hard earned money for overcooked dry chicken from Popeyes I guess they all think they can throw chicken that's been cooked long time ago into box for cx so u don't lose money well you lost a customer.

This is the cleanest Popeyes I ever saw! The manager had excellent customer service. The employees seem happy and just stopped bye after work headed to Richmond. Definitely will stop here instead of any other!! Would think to leave a review but I had to take a few minutes lol!

Took awhile to get my food because they cooked it fresh which I didn't mind. Cook had forgotten to put my chicken in so had to wait extra long for that. Once I got it it was crispy almost over cooked but still edible. The strawberry cream cheese pies were great because they cooked them fresh. Fries were old. Waited maybe 30 mins for everything im guessing. My father was able to eat his food and leave before I got mine.
this place needs new management. i just got my food, the beans and rice went bad it was disgusting. The biscuit i got was hard af and uncooked. what a horrible place to order food from

This popeyes is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in. The staff is very positive and works with a smile. While working they seem to work well with eachother and interact with the customers very positively. The food came out fresh, hot and as crispy as I've grown to expect from a proper popeyes sandwich. Even with special requests for my meal the staff made it just the way I ordered it and seemed very happy to do so. Even the bathroom was clean enough to eat in (though I promise I didn't). They are going to run that chickfila next door out of business.

My husband didn’t get off work until 10pm this evening. He was going to go to McDonald’s and then remembered he still had time to go to Popeyes before they closed. When he pulled up to the drive thru window (10:23pm) , he sat for 5 minutes just waiting for someone to come to the intercom. NO ONE CAME! Checked the hours and it stated they don’t close until 11pm!! When he gave up on waiting, he drove by the windows and saw all the employees standing around inside just talking. McDonald’s answered RIGHT away when he pulled up to the drive thru window. You want to be paid more in fast food industry? Do your damn job. Ridiculous.
