To whom it may concern! I came in on Monday to this location at night, and one girl took my order, I asked her first do you still have a coupon, she said no we don't, and it was a big box full of the coupons right behind her, so I said you have them over there, she turned around and with bad attitude she said that's not good , I asked her what was not good ma'am? She said never mind what you need? I said what I need !!!! Do you have 3 pieces with the coupon please cuz I can't read it, it's so small and I've problem with my eyes! She said with really rude I've no idea what the coupons offered. I said that's fine just give me these 5 pieces please, and after I paid , I asked her for a cup , she said what cup do you need , this coupon doesn't come with drink and was yelling at me, I said really! Why you didn't tell me that or even ask me what drink I like ! I told you I can't read the coupons very well, always when I come here or go anywhere they ask me what I like to drink! What's wrong with you ma'am ! Alright get me a water please, she said you have to pay for it. That's was really weird, I said pay for water ?? Since when?? She said is not my problem, it's the management, I said ok you know what! Get me just order and I'll contact with the owner. The guy behind me in the line was laughing, and after he left , she called me HEEEEEEEEY TAKE YOUR CUP , I said keep it for yourself I'm not gonna pay for water, she said me who give it to you , I said no I don't wanna get you in trouble, after that she said HEEEEEY IT WAS A JOKE , So what kind of joke is that? She made the line laughing at me, She treated me so bad as I'm her enemy, she hide the coupons from the customer, for what ?? So I came to this location to get my dinner and enjoy it or to get insulated????? I'm almost every day there , I never got treated like that I'll never back again to this location spending my money there
