Drive-thru was very friendly and accommodating but I had to correct them last night more than three times. When I finally got home my order was still slightly incorrect. I loved the friendliness respect I was shown but attention to detail was quite lacking.Dietary restrictions: I am on a low-carb diet and askwd for some conies with no bun. Their menu is not diet friendly, customers have to be creative about their own diets when ordering.

Almost all stalls are broken. Screens are terrible to touch and do not work well. No Apple Pay. Manager is very unhelpful and willing to fill orders. If your app allows you to place orders, would you not suggest to someone to use that and collect rewards? Honestly just tired of the neglect of customer service that it seems like everyone presents from a low to high level employee.

I live closer to a different Sonic, but I go out of my way to come to this one because it is much better! The service is usually great and the drinks are always good. Sometimes the drinks are off, but they're more than willing to correct the issue for me. Nolan is the BEST employee here - he always has a smile on his face and is exceptional with his customer service! He's a great role model for his peers he works with.

I brought my granddaughter here tonight. I specifically asked to add on mozzarella sticks and it was not in the bag nor on the receipt. She also stated that her tomatoes tasted off, and the lettuce was nasty. I tasted them both myself and I agreed. She did not finish her food tonight.
Normally I love Sonic, but today when I started eating my cheesy tots I felt a clump of hairs in my mouth mid bite. I just wanna know if the person with longish black hair washes properly so I didn’t just contract a disease. Can’t ask them myself because the phone keeps hanging up on me.

If you've ever eaten at a Sonic, you probably know what to expect. If not... A variety of traditional American fast food awaits you! I like the fact that the breakfast menu is all day.My usual orders are the breakfast burrito, tots or o-rings, and a peach slush. Sometimes I mix it up and get a hamburger or a corn dog. The onion rings are sweet. The mozzarella sticks are melty. The milkshakes are thick.Pro-tip : if you need ice for your cooler, or for a party, a bag of Sonic ice is the best I've ever had. When I travel back and forth across the country, I stop at a Sonic every day to fill up on ice.Pro-tip #2 : the app is pretty useful. If you're ordering a drink that is not part of a meal, it's always half price in the app! Also, you can pre-order a meal and it will be ready at a certain time! I order from home or work and tell them the time slot I want to pick it up, sometimes an hour or more ahead of time!My two big complaints are actually about the app. 1) you can't order bagged ice on the app the way you can at McD. 2)If you order at the stall, it will offer you a chance to pay from the app, but nobody can tell me how to actually do it. I have tried more than 20 Sonics across the country. Everyone just says that they have seen it done, but can't tell me how. So if you want to pay via the app, order via the app.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu, though frankly, most of the stuff on the menu is the kind of thing I begged for all the time as a child. There is no playground equipment, so if your kiddos need to run around, I suggest taking it to go and then finding a park.Parking: Most ordering will be done via the app or the car-hop parking spots.
