Loved both of my coffees we got here, our machiatto and their new pecan cortado, delicious! And the service is amazing. Got a cute note that made my day ❤️ also made sure to grab a Virginia coffee cup, I only have good memories from our familia vacation here.

Female staff at this location treated me rudely and were condescending. Ruined what should have been a pleasant Sunday evening. Pick a different location.

Lids always pop off at all Starbucks I go to and very hard to get back on
went for a second day in a row. yesterday we needed splash sticks so i ran back in to grab some. they were available on the counter.
today we remembered them before we left the store, so my mom, who is almost 82 years old, tried to get someones attention but was ignored. every person walking past wouldn’t even look at her. so she was picking up a couple. now someone wants to notice her, and snaps at her that if she wants them then she should ask next time.
1) if anyone bothered to help her she could have.
2) don’t snap at a customer about what to do next time, mary.
3) if you’re having a bad day, mary, don’t take it out on a senior citizen who decided not to slow you down and instead got lectured for it.
4) when i told my mom that yesterday it was fine don’t interrupt our conversation to start again, mary, about why you feel justified snapping at a customer about splash sticks about your “policy”, mary.
5) your policy isn’t the point, mary. you can have any policy you want, but i doubt your policy requires you to snap at people telling them to ask next time, nor does your policy require you to interrupt customers having a private conversation at which point you only escalated matters.
6) you could have put a sleeve on the other customers cup, but you didn’t, and she patiently stood there waiting for your attention too, only for that to go in so long that i found a sleeve and gave it to her because you weren’t.
7) don’t ignore people for so long that you decide theyre in the wrong when they need to help themselves and move on with their day.

Service is pretty quick. Food / drinks were great and made correctly.
The drive through needs to have trees trimmed back to not scratch vehicles.
Too many septum rings and not enough drink making going on here. Took 20 mins to make two drinks at 6am on a Saturday. I ordered before a crowd walked in and I was served last, how pathetic. Lousy and lazy is my impression. That was my last time visiting the hole.
Painfully slow. Nice enough people but waiting 15 minutes for 2 drinks, a cold brew and a latte is far too long and after finally getting the drinks the latte was wrong. If you're on 95 looking for a quick coffee go to the next Starbucks.

Very very slow service, I was on a trip, and they did not even serve me for the longest time and then took a while to get my drink. I’d. skip this stop if your traveling on I-95
Smaller location with good staff, and I haven't had a bad experience.
