My partner and I were passing through on the way to Willamsburg, VA . We needed some strong coffee to wake us up. The service was wonderful. I walked in and immediately started dancing to Carly Rae Jepsen’s Cut to the Feeling and then Blondie’s One Way or Another played. Another customer and I were dancing. I’m from Baton Rouge, LA and have never felt so safe inside a Starbucks! We love this management had a Disability Pride sign on their management message board and an inclusion Pride Flag pinned up on a side wall.
It just nice to know that kind and compassionate folks are still here in the USA.
My partner and I felt at home. We were sad to leave!!!! Before we left, one of the other baristas told me I should like “move”. I laughed and replied, if I didn’t love my new job … I would consider it! LOL. We will remember this location when we come back to King’s Dominion next year. Thanks for sending us off to Williamsburg Busch Gardens with a smile and warm regards!!!

I might have just seen a workplace violence involving your staff. Please review footage from 2035-2042 July 6 2025. Tall black guy curly hair, didnt even give our receipt. He was jumping and visually upset. Our drinks are bland, did not taste like Starbucks. Was he in a hurry to close? Younger girl was working with him I think taking orders smiling but must just be afraid to say anything.
I might be wrong but better to cautious, I have seen passive aggressive behaviors at work and should not be tolerated. If there is no work place violence after investigating, thank you for looking it up and I apologize for wasting your time. He would at least need some customer service training, we did not get treated right. He was obviously in a hurry.
The place looks great and bright, it stands out from the business complex. Edited my review to add more detail, we are also reporting using Starbucks app since our drinks tasted horrible.

I'm really disappointed with the customer service. Their restrooms sink water was scorching hot where steam started to appear. I informed the cashier who then didn't even seem concerned or to care that the water is at a dangerously high heat temperature level. My 6 year old went to wash her hands, and it burned her. There was no apology or acknowledgment. I was just told by them that they are aware and they have contacted someone to come fix it, and they don't know why it is doing that. So you are aware of this, but didn't think it would be a good idea to put a warning sign to informed customers of the water issue.

This was my first visit to a Starbucks since they took away my favorite drink, a Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino. I ask the Barista, Darian, about it and she explained that they still have the ingredients to make it but the button on the register is gone. So, she made me Chocolate Mocha Crumble without the mocha & crumble and I had my first Double Chocolaty Chip in 3 months. Bless her heart. There is no rating for food because we didn't order any.

Staff was so nice! I ordered a couple of drinks but really needed some free water and a couple of trash bags. They were so kind and have me two trash bags. THANK YOU!!! My daughter threw up on her weighted blanket and some other things and we still had 7+ more hours to drive home. I was able to sell them up in the Starbucks trash bags and we didn't smell it the rest of the way. Thank you so much for being so kind!!!! I did use the bathroom, very clean. It was a very nice Starbucks, seemed very new. I am so grateful for the staff working that day!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I waited 30 minutes for my drink while staff kept making drinks for others, completely ignoring my order. No one showed any concern, so I left without getting a refund because I was too frustrated to deal with it. The whole ordeal took 45 minutes, and I walked away with nothing. This has never happened at any Starbucks before, and it was truly upsetting. Leaving this review feels like my only way to address the issue.
