Izzy was super nice and I enjoy my experience here. The drive thru was very efficient and I ordered the banana loaf.... DELICIOUS! And they gave me a thick slice!!! I was so happy!

I was just passing by from NC to NY @7;25 am and decided to get breakfast. It was very disappointing and disrespectful to have the server “ throw” my sandwich to the oven table for someone else to make it warm. Sincerely, paying customers don’t deserve to get upset so early.

Sometimes it is great but other times, not so much. Today, I wonderful batista mentioned that she hadn't seen me in months. I mentioned that there was a problem with my Starbucks card and corporate claimed I didn't have one. The entire time, a new employee who appeared to be the shift supervisor, had her middle finger pressed to her nose. Keep it classy!
Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. After paying, I waited an excruciating 35 minutes for a simple order of coffee and hot chocolate. It's evident they lack sufficient staff to handle the influx of customers, leading to an unacceptable wait time. Management needs to address this issue immediately for a better customer experience.
