I had a very bad experience at this Subway today. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, the restroom was in terrible condition — there was no toilet paper and basic cleanliness was completely ignored.
What was most concerning was the lack of hygiene during food preparation. The staff did not appear to follow proper hygiene or food safety standards, which is unacceptable for a food establishment.
I am leaving this review so that the store manager or owner can take serious notice and take strict action. Customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene at this location need immediate improvement.

The nicest Subway I've visited.
I always drive a little further to get to this Subway. It is always super clean and the staff is great. Certainly the nicest Subway I've ever been to. Other than that it's Subway, if you love it you'll love it. Thanks for providing us with this great Subway option!
My family went to this subway on 11/11 later in the evening. Place was empty as could be, but, although I didn’t catch her name, the one staff member who was working this evening was absolutely amazing! She deserves all the good coming at her! She was polite, attentive, ensured the music was great during our sit down, she made sure to show my son attention and ask him questions not just me! I wish I had her name, but I’m sure it would be easy to figure out who it was. She also, after serving us, cleaned up immediately behind the counter, she didn’t just sit there, although nothing super busy, she made sure her area was clean and well kept!

Awesome job to William, looks to be the only one in the store, handling everything with confidence and a smile on his face. This kid has awesome communication skills as well as making sure everyone was perfect. I haven’t seen much great service in the area in a while, and I can truly say he is the best part of subway by far. Give him a raise and recognition!!

I don’t buy again at night in that place because they don’t respect the schedule and because they closed an hour earlier and because they stole my money and don’t give an refund option or cancel your order. My order was to pick up at 8:15 pm and already at 8:10 pm they had already closed and this that the establishment closes at 9:00 pm
Just left the subway, the guy working was absolutely killing it he was completely alone with a consistent line of at least 15+ people. He stayed calm and professional he didn't mess up any orders he kept the line moving and apologized for the wait to every customer. He deserved a raise and some help!
We rolled in with an entire Special Olympics basketball team and the proprietor handled us all with grace, respect, and good humor. Awesome service!
Big props to William at Subway! Every time I deal with him, he’s always super professional and goes above and beyond. The other day, he made me a veggie sub and even cut it into thirds so I could eat while driving—who does that?! Little things like that show how much he cares about great customer service. He’s just an all-around solid guy and makes every visit a good one. If you’re at Subway and William’s working, you know you’re about to get top-tier service!

I ordered delivery for my elderly mom and brother, the she says the subs are always good but the issue I have is I have ordered the foot long cookie 3 times with their orders and they only received it once, 1st time I let it go, 2nd time they received it, the last time again no cookie, they never answer the phone, have no voicemail, when I contacted Door Dash they said I had to contact the store, when I explained I could not get an answer, they suggested that I go to the store, I just paid a lot to have the food delivered since I do not live in that area, so it defeats the purpose of delivery, not right to charge people for something they are not receiving and have no recourse other than post online, maybe don't get delivery from this store.
