Lunch time mobile order pickup today took an hour in the drive thru. An hour. For 6-7 cars to be processed and to get my single person order of 3 tacos which still has me sitting at the pick up window for 5 minutes on top of the wait.
There's a point of no return for this single lane drive thru. This locations layout can no longer support the customer base and if any higher up reads this review, y'all behind. Chik fil a knows what a mobile only lane looks like, they know to let us escape when the wait is terrible. Wake up. Your layout sucks here.
Do you know what I can do with an hour to eat somewhere? Instead of a quick >fast< food meal?
Assume one thing from an order will be missing at all times and I guess avoid them at lunch time.
I'll keep driving by next time I see more then a single car in the drive thru. No way in hell i can risk an hour for a 5 minute order like I naively did today.

We came here not being told that they closed the doors and it was drive thru only. We told manager on site that we have box truck and couldn’t come in drive thru unless he doesn’t want to have drive thru after us. He won’t budge on the drive thru thing so we ordered drive thru and had to walk up to window. Luckily the lady on the counter understood. All manager had to do was show some compassion and see if he can help us.
