They forgot to add an item in the bag, I tried to explain to the lady and she responded with “some one make this man a soft taco so I can get him out of the drive through” next time just apologize and own up to your mistake.

My favorite taco bell. Always perfect. They never forget condiments or sauces. Never serve me stale tortillas. I even placed a doordash from them and forgot to add sauces. I called and they fixed it without a problem. Refreshing to have good and professional customer service in fast food.

The food Is always great just not sure why I have to take a quiz on the kiosk just for them to make me put my own sauce in the bag, u wish they would just take my order instead of standing around chatting and directing me to kiosk when I'm paying cash anyway.I guess there's other tacos bells... just sad

No one at counter all in back. The woman on the table making food was the only one while the other employee was on her phone whole time. The employee on the phone said oh I'm going to miss u line cook name well of course u are she doing ur job her job and I'm sure everyone else job. The food is not like it used to be it like eating mush no flavor even after putting on 5 mild hot sauce

The restaurant was clean and the brief interaction with staff was good. Despite it being lunchtime, there was no one taking orders so ordering at the kiosk was the only option. They seemed to have plenty of staff and weren't overly busy, but the food was definitely slapped together. $7 for a Mexican pizza should not come out looking like pictured. The tacos were equally slapped together. For some reason, it still took a good while before it came out and then the tray was placed on the counter, name called and left, which would be fine except then I had to shout to ask for my drink cup. There are a ton if food options in the area. Next time, I'll choose one of the others. When leaving, I also had to wait for someone in the drive-thru to let me back out because the drive-through lane blocks other parking if there's a line.Parking: Plenty of parking, but make sure you won't get blocked if the drive-thru line gets long.

Placed an order for 2 grilled cheese burritos and some guy walked off with my bag but failed to take his own. The guys saw what happened and apologized and gave me his rather large order on top of remaking my order. Employees are very friendly, respectful, chill AND FAST! Don't know their names but it's about 7:58 pm Wed Feb 21 2024 so whatever shift was working then (for taco bell reference). Would absolutely eat here again and again. Thanks guys!Parking: Huge lot. Plenty of room. Updated design. Very nice.
Came in ordered lunch order nachos with cheese got cheese with cinnamon Swist , so we back up to counter the girl nikky was so rude that she didn’t give the nachos then proceeded to through the bag at me , I do not recommend going there her attitude is terrible , she wrong need to get order
Over the years, I have stopped at pretty much every Taco Bell along 95 in Virginia. My stop at this Ashland location today stood out for excellent service. The staff efficiently and cheerfully helped the lunch rush in the restaurant, in the drive-thru, and ordering online. Each time a customer asked for something, like a cup of water or hot sauce, they were helped right away. In addition, the bathroom was clean and stocked.

Fast service. Haven’t been to a Taco Bell in years that gave us our cups without having to ask. I had just sat down after putting my order in the kiosk and they had them ready. The entire restaurant was clean and staff ensured it stayed that way. So nice to see fast food value customer service and cleanliness.
