I couldn’t wait to try the caramel apple empanadas as i arrived at the window the lady had a very bad attitude and then stated she could not take my order i would have to order through the app. If fast food is not for you there are plenty of job opportunities. Will not be returning

Very rude through the drive thru, I asked to confirm my order and he said it was correct. Everything was wrong. Missing toppings, cold food. I asked how his day was, he closed the door halfway, I said wow really? He slammed it. 5 minutes later the food came out and he was reluctant to give receipt. Laughing and snickering. Disrespectful youth. I try to be nice and they play games. Now I don't trust if my food is tampered or not so I wasted 20 bucks. I will be calling Monday.

This is cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever walked into, it almost felt like I walked into a model unit or something, clean tables, nicely renovated, shiny new menu screens. We dined it and the Crunchwrap supreme was extra crunchy, not the usual soggy nachos because they sat too long.

I was on a roadtrip to North Carolina with my boyfriend, my parents, my aunt, my sister, and my other sister and her husband, which took us through Ashland, VA. Since most of us were paying for our own food (or paying with significant others), we placed multiple online orders for pickup at Taco Bell and we planned to pick it up inside. When we arrived, we learned the lobby was closed for construction. Unfortunately, the 10 foot tall Sprinter van we rented was too tall for the drive through so my dad had to walk up to the window. He explained the situation and the staff were very understanding and helpful. We really appreciated their flexibility and patience with us as my dad walked back and forth from the van to the window.
