The Inn is Amazing. We had supper and the food was so good. The desert was to die for. You can even get some deserts to take home. The train even stops by and if you want to stay the night the rooms are awesome! I highly recommend stopping by. The staff and food is some of the best if seen in Richmond.

The building itself is delightful, and the on-site restaurant serves impressive dishes, such as the pork belly & lobster Benedict and banana blueberry pancakes. Guests are greeted warmly by the attentive staff, who provide quick and friendly service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The inn is located in a lovely shopping area near Randolph Macon College, offering a quiet and gracious environment. The rooms are cozy, clean, and comfortable, though small, with some minor issues. The new "Market" coffee shop at the Henry Clay Inn is a very welcome addition, offering great muffins, delicious coffee drinks, and a comfortable, spacious, and warm inside space, as well as a beautiful giant old front porch.
