Been to many waffle house restaurants around the country. Service has always been good to exceptional. This is the first time my experience was bad. Sulky waitress who didn't greet or take my order properly. She spoke some gibberish and I wasn't sure she actually took my order so I had to ask for another waitress who ensured my order was taken properly. The counter had left over mess from the previous customer. No fork or spoon offered. Never asked if I wanted a drink. Food was not great. Never understood; you should not bring your problems and rank attitude to work with you. Just find some other employment or live off welfare. Oops! I forgot, Trump is not giving free tickets to ride any longer. 😕

Very uncool , unfriendly and mean people, they won'teven give a refill on ceffee that cost 3 dollars.
The customer service from the waiter and waitress was extremely bad. I've been before and didn't have this experience with the other waitress that works there. I would go into detail about the service but there's not enough space to do that. Just know that he didn't want to clean a table for us when there were no clean tables available. He didn't give us menus until we asked for them. He threw the butter and creamer that we didn't ask for on the table. One of my friends didn't get his drink until almost the end of the meal. One of my other friends ordered a Dr. Pepper was given a pepsi or coke without her permission all because they didn't have Dr. Pepper. The service was the worst I've ever had in my entire 40-something years of living. The cook was very nice, though, and the food tasted pretty good. I honestly never want to go back to that Waffle House because of the service we received from the waiter in particular. I do not like giving negative reviews, but this was bad.

Place served cold food, first time ever the cook couldn’t make an omelet at Waffle House. Needed to ask 4x for silverware while food was on table.
First ever terrible Waffle House food. All the staff was talking about walking out and the waitress was missing her pain pills she told us. Waitress asked 5 times what flavor jelly was wanted as she walked to get it. Couldn’t remember anything.
