Gas high compared to other stations in the area, no changing table for kiddos. Illegal per VA law but apparently they don’t care. Coke machine down so no drinks and no water. Would not recommend. For a Wawa this is disappointing.

Both air pumps are broken and deflated two of my tires, i was basically told im shit out of luck. Poor management!!!!!

Clean and had a great selection of food and drinks, our hoagies were ready very fast. Only complaint is that the bathrooms don’t have changing tables for babies. None in men’s or women’s bathrooms. Very disappointed

The roast beef was horrible I got from here. The meat wasn't even real roast beef it was like some man made meat. I know it's not wawa fault but dang. This is bad!!! I'll never order that again

The sorry cashier voided my debit transaction yesterday after I needed to run to my car to grab 40 more cent for my purchase, I plainly told her don't void it I will be right back with the 40 cent. She ignored my request and voided it leaving me with no lunch for the day because the money did not go straight back on my bank card. It's been a few days and the money still isn't returned. I was a regular customer here spending $100s a week between gas and food purchases. From now on I'll go to sheetz. The manager offered no help neither.... I guess good customer service isn't a thing with wawa
They had no ice, bananas, fresh to go snacks available. We could see these things in the back but just not out to buy. Nicely remodeled store though and staff was friendly. Womens restroom was messy and almost out of TP. Mens restroom looked good. Outside looked nice

Ordered the "new" veggie fajita wrap with jalapeños. Probably 2 tablespoons of veggies and 1 tablespoon of jalapeños. Veggies are cheap! Why are you skimping? Why? Also the veggies were put into the wrap COLD! Have you ever had a cold fajita? Yuck! I paid 75 cents extra for guacamole, and got a tiny, little smear. The wrap ended up being all wrap and no filling. I would give the wrap 0 stars if I could. As for service, I asked for a box, because who can eat a fajita wrap out of their lap, and the attendant asked me why I needed one. Really? Just give me a box! Lastly atmosphere. No where to wait, people pushing past you. It was a busy lunch time, but I was uncomfortable.

The clerk who was making the special drinks was EXTREMELY slow, even taking time cutting a busy session to stop and stretch I normally like going to WaWa but if this is the type of service going forward, I'll be going elsewhere. Ridiculous.
