Don't order door dash because it takes forever to get your order even when you're local. I've also ordered inside many times and the people making food are too busy talking and slow motion moving it takes forever. This isn't just a once occurrence I've seen both on many occasions. And the parking lot is absolutely horrid!!! Go to sheetz lol

Hands-Down best bbq chicken steak quesadilla I’ve ever had. If you didn’t have a good food experience, I suggest trying the bbq chicken steak quesadilla. 🔥 🔥 And for the record, I order that all the time, just my first time at this one and better than any of them

I usually give wawas high rating . But certain ones just cant make a limited edition sandwich to save there life. And I know people dress and act like they please but god dont look like you left a circus freak show. I usually get the 10 inch sub but the chicken sandwich caught my eye on tv. So I rode my bike up here from the truck stop to pick up amazon which they have a hub location. Pretty excited to try the pickle chicken sandwich. HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT...No enthusiasm nothing but a hot mess I stick to the 10 inch sandwiches. And hey people this isnt your kitchen dont stumble into wawas in your pajamas. Show some class when you wdlk out of your houses...

Dear Wawa Team,

I wanted to bring to your attention a frustrating experience I had with my recent mobile pickup order. Upon arriving to pick up my order, I noticed that a significant portion was missing—I had ordered a kids’ meal, a sandwich, and a juice, but only received the sandwich.

When I addressed this with an employee named Karen, she was unhelpful and dismissive, showing no willingness to correct the issue or even offer an apology. Fortunately, another team member stepped in to resolve the missing items. However, when I got to my car and opened my sandwich, I realized it had ingredients I did not request, and the ingredients that I did request were missing which made it unenjoyable. Given that I paid $9 for the sandwich, I expected to receive what I ordered.

I did not return inside to have it corrected, as my initial interaction was already unpleasant. This experience was disappointing, and I hope this is not reflective of your company’s standard of service. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

She didn’t have a name tag on I asked another employee her name and he informed me it was Karen ☹️.

I stopped here last night for a smoothie. I usually browse the store, waiting for my number to be called. However, last night I stood at the counter as the young gentleman made my drinks. He sparked what I found to be the most joyous conversation. Brenden (SP), was a very professional and polite person, that took my mind off of my day for two minutes. Great young man!

Convenient location. Fair prices on most items. Open 24/7. No dine-in available.
I think the breakfast items are the best. I purchased the turkey croissant sizzli. Very tasty👍 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Typical Wawa with a fairly fresh look and feel, but it is in a very difficult location if you are looking for easy access, reliable inventory and great customer service.

Super, crazy busy at the busiest intersection in Ashland, Virginia. hard to navigate into and then back out of the lot, depending on which way you want to go on either Route 1 (Washington Highway) or Route 54 (England Street).

Always a crowd inside which I am sure is absolutely exhausting for the staff there as people can be such jerks to them sometimes. They seem fatigued and sometimes it seems that they just can't get to restocking, or maybe the inventory just is not available.

Fresh food and coffee is up to the very good standard that Wawa keeps. Excellent. Thought it often takes a few extra minutes to get your made to order items given the number of people in line in front of you.

When coming in the store on early mornings the store is always busy!!
They should always run more than one register on busy hours.

I always scan my rewards ap but the rewards points never shows up right

Gas high compared to other stations in the area, no changing table for kiddos. Illegal per VA law but apparently they don’t care. Coke machine down so no drinks and no water. Would not recommend. For a Wawa this is disappointing.

Clean and had a great selection of food and drinks, our hoagies were ready very fast. Only complaint is that the bathrooms don’t have changing tables for babies. None in men’s or women’s bathrooms. Very disappointed

Kid-friendliness: No changing table, so not kid friendly
