Domino's Pizza

Ordered a large pizza, garlic bites and Alfredo and got home to realize the pizza was not correct. I called and they apologized and said they’d remake it. Got there and they gave me the wrong size pizza and when I told them it was still incorrect they argued with me even though I had the receipt showing that it was supposed to be a large pizza. Disappointed.

Had the stuffed crust today. The best pizza I've ever had from this location. If every order was this good, wouldn't go to your competition. Keep it up.

I found the staff incredibly rude. I stated my last name and they said they didn’t have my order which I know is incorrect cause I saw it. But I grabbed my phone to verify I went back in stated they in fact had my order to which the young lady with fire truck colored hair just walked away from me. The short haired girl then comes over takes a head phone out and said she didn’t understand you. I was very clear and if I wasn’t ask to verify the name before saying it doesn’t exist. I have tried time and time again to give chances but to have her ignore me and walk away was ridiculous and unprofessional. Thank you to the young man that took the time and ask if the first name was correct thank you for helping when you didn’t have to. If you don’t hear someone clearly ask for clarification it isn’t hard!

Very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I entered the store to pick up an online order. There were about 6 young adults standing around. Young lady was flirting with her co worker. Everyone was in their own world. I was not greeted or asked anything. Once I stood there for about 4 mins I finally asked if I could get some service. All the people who were doing nothing just looked at me. The young man making pizzas, stopped what he was doing to assist me. I was not treated with respect at all. I come to this restaurant weekly for family pizza nights. This situation has left a bad taste in my Mouth. I’m very displeased. These young adults need more supervision and mannerisms.

Made an online order, I made a mistake and called to the relief of them fixing my mistake and covering the extra charge I caused myself with yummy dessert and bread bites. Very satisfied and recommend calling if you have a problem. They are great at corrections and gifts of deliciousness

Elizabeth and Taina are the BEST! Both of these lovely ladies multiple different times have made sure that every time I come in there I’m taken care of and I’m handled with the absolute best customer service. They are what Domino’s should consider true, loyal, honest employees. Taking the time to make sure that the customer is happy and taken care of in the appropriate manner makes such a difference for the customers and they definitely do just that! 10/10 Would recommend this location! These two definitely deserve a raise with how hard they work.

After ordering a large 2 topping pizza, wings, bread twist cheese dippers, and lava cakes I went and picked it all up. After getting home the bread twists and cheese dip were good, the lava cakes were good but the wings were tiny, soggy almost not fully cooked and basically inedible. The beef and mushroom large pizza was so over cooked the top was burnt and all the cheese was cooked into the crust with its toppings and huge burnt bubbles of dough alll over it. So basically the “dinner” part of the order wasn’t even edible!! So when I call and talk to the manager Abby, she sppolagize and said “we can remake the wings and pizza for you” what sense does that make to drive ANOTHER 20 minutes to get dinner they already ruined once, none at all!!! So now supposedly they put a credit for wings and pizza on the account but EVERY order in the last 3 years from this particular Dominos has been messed up in one fashion or another I bet if @simoncowell and #agt really knew what he was representing in the commercials he would tear up his advertising contract with Dominos. Only reason I give them one star is because you can’t leave less. It really is a shame that in this economy where everything is sooooo expensive and everyone’s prices have gone up (including Dominos) that the quality is worse than it was at cheaper prices. My suggestion is if you want pizza in King William County Virginia go to Roma’s or Vinny’s, it may cost a little more but at least your getting what you paid for!!! Not a sermon…..Just a thought!!!

Everything was good, the pizza was great my sandwich was great, the service was great. But, the chicken nuggets... they tasted great they were cooked perfect, but really, Dominos, really? Look at that photo. Does that look like each of those nuggets are worth a dollar a piece? One was barely big enough to be a crumb. And, they call them boneless wings!? Come on now. Do better Dominos. That's just the crumbs left over in the bottom of the bag.
