Love the pizza but the ordering process is terrible. You talk to a person and i assume they dont even work in the store. I wont order dominos anymore

The pizzas we get are delicious including tonight's. I tried calling to ask them why did we pay and ask for extra cheese and not get it. I understand it's National Pizza Day so I'm sure they were very busy. We drive all the way to Crew, VA. to get their pizza with a lot of cheese and hoped for a little cheese to follow the slices this evening.? Our order was #79

Not sure why they have such bad ratings. It's a domino's and not a Michelin star restaurant. It's always been what you would expect from a domino's. We eat from there probably 2 times a month and no real complaints.

Rapid decline in this store. Last order took 2 hrs. So far tonight I'm at the 1 hr mark and the tracker still says prep. This is absurd. I see why they did away with a 30 minute guarantee. Lol

They did me dirty , I asked for delivery and she was trying to act like it wasn’t popping up in the gps , I even spelled it out and it was a problem she then told me 40 mins , and when I called to ask my delivery she told me another 40 mins ?♂️ nothing but bad

Ordered buffalo wings… got all the way home to open the box to this.Called the store and they are telling me that I have to come back out… very very disappointed in the service. I already came and picked it up once why should I have to go out of my way to fix their mess up? Already paid $20.00 for an order of wings. Then I open my 2 topping pizza of pepperoni and bacon to this.
Ordered food. The order was wrong called and spoke to the manager (Demi) she had the nastiest attitude didn't apologize or anything just simply hung the phone up. This was my first time ordering from here. I see why. Will definitely be my last. Trust me DO NOT GO HERE.
