If I could give a 0 I would. The little blonde this evening served us a slop sandwiches both chicken bacon ranch and it look like she poured half a bottle of ranch on the sandwich. Trash can overflowing and the area they make sandwiches on was nasty food particles everywhere. I will not do another order thur here especially evening hours.

I ordered a tuna or wheat bread. The bread was Old enough to vote it was hard. It felt like toast and I didn’t get my bread toasted. It was horrible. This transaction happened today less than an hour ago. The reason I’m giving the service the atmosphere everything once I’d rather give it zeros cause it doesn’t deserve one star you had to know before giving me this type of bread that that bread was old and hard but you still did it anyway.

The customer service was okay and the sub was good, but I believe that I was over charged by 98 cents. I called the store and only got the excuse that I had ordered a soda the price would have been less. 🤔 I stopped by this morning and the manager was able to explain it. Thanks 👍
Emma did amazing job! She greeted me with a smile! She was kind and patient. She took my allergy serious, and went over and beyond for me!

Was entirely too hot in that store. I walked in hoping to get out of the heat and enjoy my sub in the AC but i was WRONG!!! i didn’t even want to stand in line much less sit down and eat in there! I don’t think anyone should be working in those conditions in an enclosed building, especially a COLD sandwich shop. i didn’t get a toasted sandwich and my sub was warm….i hope this AC issue gets fixed soon for the well being of the employees and the enjoyment of the customers.

Out of supplies, ordered through the app and order wasn't even started when we arrived at designated pickup time. We just got a lot of excuses and no supplies to make the order completely.

Absolutely incredible SUB.The Staff was very professional and polite. The best Subway around, I pass by *3* Subways from work to go to this One in Stanley Town Va. The restaurant was very clean and well organized as well. Keep up the great, Friendly work. 5-4-2025
