The customer service was okay and the sub was good, but I believe that I was over charged by 98 cents. I called the store and only got the excuse that I had ordered a soda the price would have been less. 🤔 I stopped by this morning and the manager was able to explain it. Thanks 👍

Was entirely too hot in that store. I walked in hoping to get out of the heat and enjoy my sub in the AC but i was WRONG!!! i didn’t even want to stand in line much less sit down and eat in there! I don’t think anyone should be working in those conditions in an enclosed building, especially a COLD sandwich shop. i didn’t get a toasted sandwich and my sub was warm….i hope this AC issue gets fixed soon for the well being of the employees and the enjoyment of the customers.

Out of supplies, ordered through the app and order wasn't even started when we arrived at designated pickup time. We just got a lot of excuses and no supplies to make the order completely.

Absolutely incredible SUB.The Staff was very professional and polite. The best Subway around, I pass by *3* Subways from work to go to this One in Stanley Town Va. The restaurant was very clean and well organized as well. Keep up the great, Friendly work. 5-4-2025

Employees need to be replaced. The produce was questionable. A large chunk of the bread was actually missing. The worst experience here ever.

Literally the only Subway I've been to in Henry County that makes mobile orders correctly, and on-time. Though it wouldn't hurt to throw some napkins in the bag once in a while 😅

I came into this subway expecting the worst, It was my first time eating at subway, I ordered my sub and the girl preparing my food was very kind and professional, She had a colorful appearance and I didn’t get her name :(.. But if the manager sees this review please show her praise! She was extremely polite and helpful!! :) Will definitely come here again! Clean and a well taken care of subway!
