We always stop here on our way back to NC from MD as it's in a convenient location & about 2 hours into our trip. Staff are very friendly & food is excellent

Easy to get off and back onto 17. This is a must stop at when in the area.

I love Arby’s which is why it’s so frustrating that this one is so poorly operated. I ate here 7 or 8 times in the first 6 months they were open. Every time I had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for a basic combo. This is with almost nobody there. The buns are always cold and hard. They short you on sauces every time. More often than not, there is a mistake with the order. After giving up on them, I tried again today. I ordered a #1 with curly fries and Arby’s sauce. I elaborated, “the red one.” Instead I got regular fries and horsey sauce. No wonder this place is almost always empty. It also doesn’t help that you have to turn in 100 yards before the restaurant, but they haven’t thought to put a sign up where you have to turn so people can actually stop at their restaurant. Put deals on your sign. I teach across the road and practically the whole school shares my sentiments.

They don't have enough gluten free choices.
Adding salad options would be nice.

Bad service, they take forever but make you pull forward to wait even when no one is behind you so they can lie about their drive times.

This is our local Arby’s. I’m thankful they are here. A good place to dine-in. Good atmosphere. I love the music. Workers have been courteous and professional. Food is good. Highly recommend.

Check out the app.

I see where other reviews have been not so friendly. People are people. Sometimes things go better than at other times. I appreciate when people work with me - and I try to do the same.

I was the only customer and it still took almost 15 minutes to get waited on and get my food. Roast beef tasted burned and fries were cold.

Ate there on the 29 Jan 5:30, only meal for the day. My husband and I became very ill. Common food shared was a large milkshake.

I was traveling thru the area and we needed to stop for lunch and gas. As much as I like to patronize local over chains, Arby's was right there, and we were under a tight timetable.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and prompt. The food was very good, although I suspect their buns are partially made with wood dust as they have that odd taste that's been identified a such. The promises were clean inside and out, and it appeared relatively new.

The reason for the one star is that they play contemporary Christian music overhead. I find it offensive to force that upon guests, no matter their religious affiliation or even personal choice to abstain. I suspect it's not corporate owned and, therefore, they can get away with it. If I lived in the area, I would not patronize this establishment.
