I was traveling thru the area and we needed to stop for lunch and gas. As much as I like to patronize local over chains, Arby's was right there, and we were under a tight timetable.
The staff was very kind, friendly, and prompt. The food was very good, although I suspect their buns are partially made with wood dust as they have that odd taste that's been identified a such. The promises were clean inside and out, and it appeared relatively new.
The reason for the one star is that they play contemporary Christian music overhead. I find it offensive to force that upon guests, no matter their religious affiliation or even personal choice to abstain. I suspect it's not corporate owned and, therefore, they can get away with it. If I lived in the area, I would not patronize this establishment.

This is a difficult review because, as a whole, I like Arby's. The music they played was great but that is about it. The place wasn't busy and the majority of tables were dirty. It took a while for someone to take my order, and when I got my sandwich, it didn't have bacon. I showed the staff and they offered to give me bacon, I said that would work. They gave me cold bacon. I then asked for the sandwich to be remade. They remade my sandwich, and this time it came out right. There is plenty of parking. And the dining area is nice.
I made another trip back to this Arby's December 2024. Much different experience. The place was clean and the service was quick and courteous. Glad I came back. I added 2 stars to my initial review

Tried to place an order at 930 but when we got to the drive thru it said they were closed? Why post your closing hours for 10 when you're not open a full 30 minutes before
Very clean dining room. The lady cleaning it was friendly and funny. Food was standard Arby's. Pie wasnt warmed. Gospel music was not objectionable but a bit loud. Only complaint is one I see on far too many places, servers should NOT put their finger in your glass when they hand it to you.

Customer service needs work it needs to be more inviting and friendly not when u walk up and ask for something u get no smile nothing just the item and boom bla is the attitude u get otherwise not a bad place to eat .

I came in at lunch time knowing it was going to be busy, and asked if they could take a large order for around 16 meals. They kindly took the order and made sure every item was correct and counted for. By far the best experience at a restaurant so far
