This McDonald's has great food service, great atmosphere, and a great play place! The food was fresh and my chicken sandwich was hot, freshly made, and brought directly to my table. The staff is super friendly and came to the table to make sure everything was okay. The creamy chili sauce for the nuggets... Amazing! Really nice clean play place. And honestly, great, classic rock music to sit and listen to while the grandkids play (think Elton John and Paul Simon). I'm really enjoying this visit to McDonald's 🙂. Only giving four stars on atmosphere because we can't refill our own beverages. BUT they say they will gladly refill for Overall,very pleased. Nice job Bealeton McDs!

I have to be honest: the drive-thru service is really slow, especially at night. However, I understand they’re short-staffed and often have only one person working. That said, the evening shift manager is excellent—very kind, attentive, and always striving to provide the best service. I’ve interacted with her several times, and she always has a great attitude. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s not entirely their fault for the delay. Plus, they have a play area, which is a nice bonus.

It's one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They seem to concentrate on drive thru. Nobody was taking orders. You had to order on the self-serve machine. If you had any issues with your order or needed condiments after you walked away from the counter, forget it. Nobody paid any attention to customers waiting. They had a special on a new product (chicken strips) and this product wasn't available on the self-serve machine/screen. And like before, Nobody around to ask for assistance so I was unable to try them. Very very disappointing. All the tables needed cleaning, we had to wash our own, thank goodness I carry a sanitary spray.

Great location however the cleanliness needs to be improved! The floors walking in are sticky! Come on McDonalds has a higher standard than this!

Tonight was our worst experience. Took 3 tries to get the correct order, eventually had my dad go in because I'm disabled and walking is difficult. Food was cold and soggy even after the correction. Milkshakes were melted and nobody answered the phone. Have been through the window a couple times where the person at the window had a bad attitude about giving me a receipt and also sat at the drive thru parking where they told me to wait, and ended up going inside after 20 minutes. They said my order didn't exist despite the receipt. This is one of the closest places to us and we visit at least once a month. Has really gone downhill.

Failed to give the correct order at the drive thru during a local tournament. When we contacted them about the missing item they refused to refund the missing item. Terrible customer service.

The store was extremely dirty. literally every single table was dirty. There were about 20 flies flying around, and they forgot my order, so we stood there for 20 minutes. I wasn't mad at anyone. I know how the job can be, but then they only filled my fries, not even halfway up. I didn't even care at that point. I just wanted to leave.
