Horrible management. Second time they got my order wrong. First time came in and told them that I hadn’t received all my food. The manager acted as if we were some dogs and gave us old cheeseburger. Hope that lady looses her job. Disgusting

Absolutely unacceptable service. Both lanes were clearly marked as open, yet no one was taking orders in lane #2. Cars were sitting there waiting while employees completely ignored that lane, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. To make it worse, the only person actually taking orders seemed to have a terrible attitude. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. If you’re short-staffed, then close the lane. If it’s open, do your job. This whole experience came off as lazy, poorly managed, and unprofessional. Basic customer service is not that hard, but apparently it’s too much to ask here. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I placed a mobile order at 715am. I waited for my food until 733 before someone acknowledged me to tell me they didn't have my food. They don't acknowledge customers at desk. An elderly couple ordered a meal deal buy one sandwich get one for a dollar They only got one sandwich.

Dine in ... took 15 min to receive my order (i was the only one at the counter) Seems like management is lacking. I'm guessing too much joking around in the back with all the laughter. After I got my order .. not even a sorry from her ... sad.

My food was hot and fresh. It took a little while to wait for it but when I get fresh fries I'm ok with that. Plus the place was really busy as well.
Food is fine but they do not answer the drive through after 10pm despite closing at 1am

Stopped on my half hour lunch break. Ice cream machine wasn't working like always. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger combo and was asked to pull ahead. The old, we will bring it out to you deal. We'll after 20 min I had to go inside and thank them for waisting my half hour lunch break. They had forgotten to bring my order out to me.
