$75 for pizza with a 25% tip for it to arrive ice cold. Was texted it was “out for delivery” 30 mins before it showed up. App said it would be there in 10 minutes.Don’t pre tip, they will put your order as bottom priority because you guaranteed a them money. It does nothing to encourage the drivers to actually deliver things when they are supposed to. In fact just keep your tips for yourself. The delivery drivers don’t seem to actually want to deliver food.

Late night last minute munchie, had my wife go pick it up and she said the closing manager was amazu, kind, and understand. Great staff and the food was hitting the spot.

Pretty basic Pizza hut just a pocket sized version of the one from childhood. They have 3 plastic chairs to sit in and a microwave sized tv up in the corner to leave you wondering later why your neck hurts. Overall 2.5 but not getting that 3 just yet!

But refused to deliver it. When asked what I would get for my expensive gas to drive to store a second time offered some free condiments. When I said I would just take my $ back and shop elsewhere, he asked I bring the food back. When I arrived back at the store continued to argue about my order not refunding what was not received and telling me to take the wrong item and go. To dispute charge with my bank. This is the worst customer service ever! DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Undercooked pizza, paid extra for cheese got regular amount. Put blue cheese in hot pizza box. Pizza was warm because this store uses delivery bag not a warming oven. Loud obnoxious employees with attitude I don't need to hear how much you effin hate your lazy manager it's super inappropriate to be screaming profanity about your manager with customers present. Not ordering here ever again

Cook the pizza more for the crust to not make the pizza bottom limp! Could have cooked about 5 more minutes more as a minimum. Put all the paid for extra toppings on the pizza. I ordered a large pizza with extra toppings of banana peppers. No banana peppers added.
