I am the girl that shows up between 7:15 and 7:30 am on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays and orders a decaf iced mocha and they have never gotten my order wrong. The service is always fast, the staff are friendly and I love being regular at this Starbucks.

I tried to redeem 150 stars for a hot or iced tea or coffee. I tried to order a hot matcha tea but they said I couldn't use my points for that drink. Even though it's under the hot tea options. So instead I tried to order a citrus ginger tea which they said I also couldn't order even though that was under hot tea. I then asked for a decaf coffee which they were able to give me but it is extremely bitter and not worth drinking. Starbucks needs to figure out away to show people exactly what they can use for redemption of stars. Also would not recommend this location due to the poor quality of the drink.

It took a while for me to get my drink so I wasn't happy with the wait. There was nobody in front of me, I was just sitting at the drive-thru window but when I did receive my drink it was delicious. The staff was nice, but I would have appreciated it if they would have at least come to the window and let me know it was going to be a few minutes instead of just leaving me there.

I am a Starbucks fan, usually i have to go to another city where they make it right. Starbucks in bealeton VA does not make their drinks rights ever, i live near by and usually i go to near by cities due to the fact that this place sucks, i keep thinking maybe it will change but they need training. Staff is great service but the quality is not there.
