We arrived at this Subway 30 minutes before closing time, yet we were still cheerfully greeted and served. The store looks new. I remarked to the manager that the restroom was very clean, and he smiled broadly saying, "Thank you! We try!" It was clear the staff takes pride in its work.

Bought food during lunch break off the app and they put the wrong meat in the sub. Had to drive back up to the place to get it redone and lose my lunch break.

Not sure if others have same issue but when the buy one get one is offered and you can only order online that when you pay there is always a credit card issue! I have tried three accounts an several different credit cards I poses and all errors but when you go and do it full price it works, This has true of the Bealeton Kelly's ford an Warrenton locations If you dont want to sell the promotion please don't offer your website is slow and cumbersome already then, the credit card issue. You have lost my business Tina and crew

I placed an online order and they didn’t have an option for Ginger Ale so I put coke. I asked could I switch it when I got into the store and they didn’t allow me which I find the most outrageous thing ever.

There was a very annoying buzzer that was very loud and went off each time a customer entered and the door was opened. I had to remove my hear aids. Otherwise, the buzzer was too loud.
