Givin a shout out to Joshua!!! This man not only was the only one there Makin food he was so cool when I got there and found out I accidently placed 2 of the same order..and could only afford one of them. Most places would just take the other order and throw it away or keep it themselves but he gave me both orders for the price of one...which really helped since I work in a nursing home and brought it back for all the girls to enjoy...and also some of the residents....Thanks Joshua for being a kind human being.. I would like to add I know they don't do this all the time so please people don't expect them to do this for you all the time...it was just a nice thing to do at that time.

Our pizza this evening was really disappointing. Ordered the carryout parm crust which was lovely but saw very little evidence of our requested pineapple, bell pepper, and onion toppings. Pretty bland. :(

Ordered delivery online, pizza was delivered by Zach who was very nice. Realized we had the wrong pizza after the driver had left but did not notify or complain to them. Less than 30 minutes later another delivery driver arrived and asked if we received the wrong pizza. We replied yes, but it was okay. Delivery driver had our correct pizza and said here is your correct order and apologized. Very impressed they made our correct order and redelivered without being asked! Thank you Bedford Domino’s!

I get delivery from them often. The food is always good, drivers are always friendly and I like the updates on arrival time. As nothing is perfect in the world, I wasn't happy with the crust with my most recent order. My boyfriend was happy but this one was thicker than usual. Not a big deal but I just wanted it to be like it usually is so I rated them and mistakenly gave them a low rating. I was promptly called to discuss it and then called the next day to again apologize and assure my happiness with the outcome. WOW!!!! They were so nice and so understanding! Im here to right a wrong.... Thank you Bedford, Va Domino's!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance is an ease of access option with no stairs and flat floor.
Unacceptable especially since is plenty of places to park other than my yard and when I call the store I get told all he can do is tell her she messed up and not to do that and note my account not to park on the grass. This is the second time in less than 4 months I have had to call about delivery drivers.
