I’ve never had an issue with them until the last 2 orders for delivery. The website is always glitching and when I called to get help the guy who answered acted like it wasn’t a big deal and I almost wasn’t able to get my coupon I was trying to use. Thankfully, I could use it. I ordered tonight and instead of the delivery driver calling me for clarification on where to deliver, he left it at a random bench at my job. When I called to inquire, he had a nonchalant attitude and said there were no instructions. No other delivery driver has issues delivering to me at work but tonight, he just didn’t care. When I asked why wasn’t I called, he says “Oh, sorry.” Then, yawns. I’m extremely unhappy with the customer service of this location. No care for the customer at all!

After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and driving to the restaurant I was unable to cancel my $30 order due to lack of customer service. No one answered the phone and when I knocked on the door the employee ducked behind the counter and went to the back. All I wanted was a refund. I called an hour before close and went to the restaurant 30 minutes before close to get it situated. I usually have very good experiences here so I was very disappointed by this interaction.

The two ladies working that particular shift (9/18 around 3:30/ 3.45ish) were both extremely nice and they asked me how my day was going. Not in a muscle memory response to people walking in, they actually asked how it was going with me. They were clearly busy with orders, but they still maintained a conversation with me as they worked on them. I manage a business near them and I’ve never been to this particular Dominoes before since I don’t live local, but I’ll tell you this, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Out of the nine states I’ve lived in. This is the worst Domino’s Pizza I’ve ever had to deal with. The pizzas are never the same. They don’t look like any of the other stores that I’ve been to they short you on toppings below is a picture of a buffalo chicken pizza I ordered and you can see there’s no buffalo sauce on it and I had 12 pieces of chicken. I paid $25 for this pizza. This is a third order that I’ve had and I’ve had a problem with

Ordered a thin crust pizza, not realizing that meant they were going to put barely any toppings or cheese on it and butcher it by cutting it into a bunch of uneven little squares. Super disappointed.

Ethan was super helpful when my daughter accidentally ordered Pizza and forgot to put the coupon on her order. We called and he refunded the money and put the order back in with the coupon! Thank you Ethan for being so understanding and helpful!

The guys were in the middle of rocking out a 45 pizza order Friday night while also doing regular orders and still managed to get us our sandwiches within the 28-38 min time frame we were giving when we placed our order online. Everyone seemed to have a good attitude!

Givin a shout out to Joshua!!! This man not only was the only one there Makin food he was so cool when I got there and found out I accidently placed 2 of the same order..and could only afford one of them. Most places would just take the other order and throw it away or keep it themselves but he gave me both orders for the price of one...which really helped since I work in a nursing home and brought it back for all the girls to enjoy...and also some of the residents....Thanks Joshua for being a kind human being.. I would like to add I know they don't do this all the time so please people don't expect them to do this for you all the time...it was just a nice thing to do at that time.

Our pizza this evening was really disappointing. Ordered the carryout parm crust which was lovely but saw very little evidence of our requested pineapple, bell pepper, and onion toppings. Pretty bland. :(
