They are always on time. They have only messed up our order once and made good on it immediately! No charge and no fuss plus gave us another free pizza! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

I usually don't leave reviews but most the time when we order domino's something is wrong, Buffalo chicken pizza supposed to be topped with Buffalo sauce right? Delivery tracker says on the way 40 min ago and live right in town lol just to bring me a messed up pizza

Was told by the person waiting on me that I couldn't add a topping to something he was very rude and acted like he hated doing his job but had no problem taking my money when it was time I went by the way I waited 15 minutes standing inside your establishment to get waited

I ordered the bacon and jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread and they gave me some half raw bacon .. it was literally huge chunks of uncooked fat ? I had to throw it in the trash so I was pretty mad. I also ordered chicken wings and they were nasty. Another $22 in the trash. They were busy that night but dang man at least cook the food all the way!

I called to order wings and the associate that answered was rude about a discount I was mistaken about that was promoted on the website. I asked to use partial payment with a digital card and was abruptly told that I couldn't, so I decided to shop somewhere else. Customer service has taken a decline.

Ordered 2 pizzas, one didn't have sauce. Called the restaurant, was put on hold, spoke with MOD, and I could tell he didn't believe me. He was hesitant to agree to make another, even though I said I'd drive back to the restaurant. Initially it didn't bother me. It's a Saturday night and I knew remaking a pizza would be a pain in the butt. After driving back to the restaurant, the young man opened the box to show me the new pizza. I commented that it looked a lot better and thanked them. That's when he proceeded to reiterate the sauce technique and correct me that the sauce doesn't go on the crust, it goes over the toppings. Listen - I don't care how or where you put the sauce, I just don't want to receive a dried out sauce-less pizza. So, in effort to prove the first pizza was in fact without sauce, I've attached a picture of the new pizza and a few pieces of the sauce-less to compare.I understand there are people who can and will take advantage of businesses, but it's rude to treat customers like they're the ones who've made the mistake.Also- The 2nd pizza was amazing. A Donald Trump "Huge" difference.
Typically this store is on point, however there are several employees that take away from the company.Kyle is one of the worst cooks and doesn't properly prepare your orders, and as someone with dietary restrictions this is disappointing.

Had just got enough points to get a free pizza put my 2 toppings on then when I went to check out it wasn't free??? And then when has garlic sauce ever cost a buck for 1 tiny cup? Also have had many ordered that have been incorrect not happy!

The Bedford Domino’s is one of the most expensive Domino’s to go to. The so called $7.99 pizza with 2 toppings, is not that in Bedford. The pizza coupon at this location say some items, sauce or toppings may be extra. Well my $7.99 thin crust pizza with two toppings ended up being $12.99. The food tax in Bedford is also very high. Three pizzas on the $7.99 coupon ended up costing me over $52.00. Oh yes, they now have a $50 cash limit on purchases, so anything over that in Bedford must be prepaid. This will be the last time we buy pizza from Domino’s in Bedford.
