Supposed to close at 7pm....it's 630...doors locked and told drive thru....2 other people inside that arn't workers.

Since I was last there in June, it seems all ordering inside is done by yourself at a kiosk. I was not greeted by any of the employees and they did not look my way until after the ticket for my order printed.

Only person in line. Employees standing around takes 6 minutes till they take my order, repeat my order 4 times and some how still mess it up. Forget donut for get toasting bagel forget putting cheese on grill cheese sandwich, honestly kind of impressive. How many Dunkin’ employees does it take to make a grilled cheese sandwich, obviously more than 3.

Wait time is always soo long for just a cup of coffee whether im the only one in drive thru or multiple... kinda miss the little Caesars that was here before they were always hot n ready lol
The the entire week. They are out of donuts and munchkins by 10:00 on Fridays.

We hit the drive thru and asked for coffee coolatas and were told they don't have them, apparently these people aren't familiar with the only good thing about Dunkin! The other day my wife had gotten one at the same location, so where's the disconnect? Another person said we could get that so we did get them however at the checkout the guy said we would no longer be able to get those there. The nice lady asked if my wife was OK, and we said we wouldn't be back because their inability to put the customer first is unacceptable.

This should be drive thru only. No “hi, hello, be right w you” to be found. Customer service has died and it’s unfortunate. No chocolate glazed donuts 2 days in a row. No doubt they’re understaffed and underpaid. Bring in the robots.
