Review from a local, regular customer: awesome customer experience, quick service, food & drink correct temperatures. Once had a mistake with my order but they corrected it and gave a complimentary donut. Also, for some reason their Macchiatos are the best compared to any Dunkin I've visited in the states. I'm picky about my Macchiatos.
They don’t offer their entire menu nor do they answer the phone to assure proper items. A couple of times the entire bottom of my cup was filled with coffee grounds. Coffee is always dripping all down the sides.
I've been a customer since opening day - typically Mon-Fri I pick up my coffee before work. The customer service is OUTSTANDING at this location - it far exceeds my experiences at some other chain stores. The orders are correct and everything tastes great. The donuts do lack something....but I know that they had a baker quit suddenly, so I know they are working on it.
