The people are nice. My husband's biscuit was almost raw and doughy. I asked for a plain biscuit and I got one full of butter and I sopped up the butter with a napkin. Bacon was not fully cooked. We got a half of a bowl of gravy. Why didn't we take our biscuits back? I don't know what we would get back in their place.

Other than a cigarette being in the window of the restaurant, their food is great. I just know that smoking cigarettes in the store is prohibited and can cause the health department to violate you.
Kid-friendliness: One lady at the window is bubbly and so eggcited Every time we go there. My son was gonna take a picture of her and she was cool about it.

I come here and eat often and the first time that I ate inside what is today I noticed that there was black mold around the legs of the tables on the walls near the floor and then when we were about to get ice the staff pulled the top of the ice machine off and we seen that black mold was growing on the top of the thing that goes on top of the ice to protect it so I can recommend that you eat the food but do not get a drink from here and do not eat inside hopefully corporate and or the health department will see the pictures that I added and this post

Remember when biscuits were served all day? Yes, I'm aging myself....but that was my favorite time with Hardee's . They do have the best buttery biscuits around and I could eat a chicken biscuit every day for dinner if it was still an option! Otherwise, this Hardee's location is adequate. It is nice that they now serve breakfast until noon. However, the service is a bit lackluster...employees don't seem happy. Also, when did a buttered biscuit go from being an actual cut open and buttered biscuit to just a biscuit that's not even cut open? Hardee's, I know you can do better!

You would think ordering online would be easier, quicker, and convenient, think again. Placed an online order for pick up and that the order would be ready 15 to 20 minutes later. Show up to the store and was standing in line for an extra 30 minutes! People who got there after me were getting their food first while the rest of us who were picking up stood in line for god knows how long.
