Ordered 2 pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. All food was cold and NO plastic ware to eat the sides! Horrible meal! We’ve eaten here before and the food was good. Horrible this time. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC IN ANY WAY!

I went through the drive thru around 2pm for a late lunch. Was asked to pull to one of the parking spaces to wait for my food. I had ordered one meal... not a family meal. I saw two others waiting also. I waited close to 20 minutes. The young lady who took my order and brought me my food was very sweet and friendly. She did apologize for the wait. I was nice about it. The food was pretty good with the exception of the cherry pie bites... they were super greasy and did not taste good.

These fools just try to charge me fifteen dollars for 4.....4..... Chicken tenders made with the Nashville sauce. Not a meal. Just tenders. And these are the baby tenders too. 15 bucks for four bites of overly processed yardbird with sauce. Wow. Guess where I'll never stop again? Yup

I was told at 1215 to pull up they are waiting on chicken tenders. It’s now 1245 and I’m still sitting here. Several other cars were waiting for their food and every time the lady brings a bag out the customer goes right back in because something is wrong. The guys behind me waiting on food just left without there food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. And it doesn’t appear I will ever get it. 12:50 update the lady comes out to ask what I am waiting on🤦♂️.

Awful service asked question got ingored someone went in for door dash order no label on food customer asked who the food was for cause she been sitting there waiting guy just whistling ignoring everyone slapped a sticker on there and rude to everyone
I personally loved it considering they are understaffed and do the best they can

I just came through the drive through 11-27-24 at 2:30. I ordered a chicken tenders box. There’s was no seasoning on the fries no big deal. I bit into a chicken tender the color was darker than usual it had so much seasoning on it and I love seasoning I typically over season my food the salt made it inedible I could tell a mistake had been made. I just ordered from them less than a week ago and came back because they were good. The manager made me come inside I showed him the tenders they gave me more you could obviously tell were also over-seasoned. He caught an attitude with me said that’s the way they are when I’ve had them before I know how they are. I told him to try one. I was just trying to tell him there was something wrong with it. I won’t be back!

This is the second time in two weeks I have had my order wrong at this store. This time I did not receive my two orders of mash potatoes and gravy or mac and cheese. Last time it was a free chicken tender order. It was my fault for not looking, as I obviously know they can not fill an order correctly. It is a form of theft.
