I was told at 1215 to pull up they are waiting on chicken tenders. It’s now 1245 and I’m still sitting here. Several other cars were waiting for their food and every time the lady brings a bag out the customer goes right back in because something is wrong. The guys behind me waiting on food just left without there food. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal. And it doesn’t appear I will ever get it. 12:50 update the lady comes out to ask what I am waiting on🤦♂️.

I just came through the drive through 11-27-24 at 2:30. I ordered a chicken tenders box. There’s was no seasoning on the fries no big deal. I bit into a chicken tender the color was darker than usual it had so much seasoning on it and I love seasoning I typically over season my food the salt made it inedible I could tell a mistake had been made. I just ordered from them less than a week ago and came back because they were good. The manager made me come inside I showed him the tenders they gave me more you could obviously tell were also over-seasoned. He caught an attitude with me said that’s the way they are when I’ve had them before I know how they are. I told him to try one. I was just trying to tell him there was something wrong with it. I won’t be back!

This is the second time in two weeks I have had my order wrong at this store. This time I did not receive my two orders of mash potatoes and gravy or mac and cheese. Last time it was a free chicken tender order. It was my fault for not looking, as I obviously know they can not fill an order correctly. It is a form of theft.

Second visit that was awful, last week they were extremely busy,however the floors and workers were filthy. Today workers, different shift were fine but they were not busy and our chicken had been sitting and was awful and we ordered white meat only. And paid fir it, it was a very old leg and thigh

So, I forgot to post this a while ago but I ordered on the app and ordered two adult meals and two kids meals. Well, he gave it to me in a giant bag with a little sticker on it and I left. I got all the way home and noticed one of the kids meals wasn't there so I called the store and told them they forgot a kids meal. The manager said "well I seen a kids meal in the bag.." and I told him well yeah, but you didn't give me TWO. He told me to drive back to pick another one up but I wasn't driving another 27 mins back out there and 27 mins back to my home. He said to just pick it up whenever I'm back around.. well I don't plan on going back and it was so far back (like months ago) that I dont think theyd even honor it anymore, plus that whole situation cost me my sanity that night because a fight with a toddler who doesn't understand and I still had to cook. Not a great experience .. all in all I should have got a refund at least instead of an IOW without any proof of said IOW.

Walked in to get the 5 PC chicken tender meal with fries and a drink.i guess they were short handed.one lady was working the counter and filling orders...I had waited for 15 minutes. She was waiting on someone and looked at me and said your next.ok then I saw her go to the freezer and get the tenders and drop them in the grease.by this time I had already been there 20minutes..why didn't she drop them when I put my order in? That's just ridiculous!I got my money back and went down to hardees..in and out 5minutes!

Ordered on line and when we got home with the food, the order was completely wrong. Tried calling the store for 30 minutes straight and no answer. Will drive 30 minutes in the opposite direction from now on for chicken.
