The pizza was great! I did order their crazy bread that are normally covered in buttery parmesan but somehow all I got was plan breadsticks covered in just butter…. Maybe new staff member?

Waited 45mins on pizza that was scheduled for pick up at 6 ordered it earlier in the day watched 2 people look at the ceiling while another one gave our pizza to drive through never going back horrible service not worth saving a couple dollars take you business

Their “hot and ready” is NEVER hot and ready to go…and tonight I waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot and when I went to check on my order with the drive thru, they said they were out of the cheese bread. They could’ve mentioned that before I waited over 30 minutes for the order. If I hadn’t have checked, they probably wouldn’t even remembered I was waiting. Done with this location.

I’m the new general manager at little Caesar’s… I see your comments and I’m hearing your thoughts and concerns… we are changing, focusing on customer service and quality… this is Bedford not New York, we’re family….Rome wasn’t built over night, give us another opportunity to serve you and provide that excellence customer service you deserve….
The drive thru pager system is a great idea but employees need to double check orders before serving them, paid for 2 supremes but got 2 cheese only.

Ordered 65.00 online order from Little Cesars for my CNA students at Bedford Nursing Home as this was final day, from Bedford store—-I will say pizza was good… but was suppose to be 4 sauces With 4 orders of crazy bread…NO SAUCES!!!!when pick up person got back and I had also ordered 3 sets of brownies of one kind …got back and 2 different styles of brownies—-someone had to drive all the way back to Little Cesears to get the saues… The Crazy Bread was to worst I ever had…it’s suppose to be rised and soft and garlic butter wiped on top..it was flat, no garlic butter and dry and tough and I bought 4 orders…Little Cesars staff here offered NO compensation at all for this happening and not even an extra sauce!!!!…I am upset as I spent 65.00 and was embarrassed to my students I was feeding…the brownies were frozen rock hard solid …never could eat before we left clinicals!!!!..Joanne Bailey????

I ordered a pizza at 6:00 they gave me a beeper that didn't go off I finally got my pizza at 6:30 and it was cold won't get food from there again! I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give 0!!

I was pleased to find $6+ deal 4 pieces of peperoni pizza and the other half of the puzza turned into bread sticks with marnara sauce. Perfrct for me got 2+ meals out of it. I was tired of going to fast food and spending more than 10$ for a hamburger and frys. So I was looking for something cheaper and delicious even Wendy's cheaper burger is now almost 3. Taco bells, my other go to, are hard to find and hard to get a good for a snack but a full meal is getting more expensive while my budget has not increased.
