Everytime I go there now I have to ask for hot fries. The past two times I've been..today included my request was ignored and was handed cold fries..I wasn't there during a rush..I will rethink the next time I consider going there..

The best place hands down everything looks great in middle of lunch. As a person with management history in food I am impressed and there management should be proud and reward those hard workin employees

I've had several bad experiences. Today all in one order the syrup was out in their mountain dew. The fish and chicken looked like it was refried soaked in oil overcooked. When I asked for salt that acted like I was crazy when every other fast food restaurant on the planet salts their fries. Food was inedible.

Incredibly rude staff. I was shocked at the manner my father was spoken to while he was asking for assistance at the counter when we had been ignored since we walked in. If he had not come all that way just to have Long John Silver’s I would have had my family walk out and leave.

got wrong food. the fries were tough like cooked previous day. called back and one manager said no problem they owed me 2 fish dinners since I got chicken instead of fish. went by to get them and manager today didn't want to replace whole dinner as would cut them short on food! it was their mistake. finally replaced it very smart attitude.

VERY poor customer service. I had a coupon on my smartphone and showed it to the employee and she immediately gives me attitude about it, "We don't take those, it has to be printed out" when it states clearly on the coupon that you can print it OR show the coupon on your smartphone. Did NOT appreciate her attitude, she acted like I was doing something "wrong" on purpose! I asked for tartar sauce for my 3 pieces of fish, after I left I realized she gave me ONE packet of tartar sauce! And the food is nasty!! Won't be going back there again!!
