Got pulled to a spot in drive through and waited 20 minutes went inside to check and the manager walked past me looking very sloppy, I said it’s me, she turned around gave me my food and I asked what took so long with no response and I said you forgot our gallon of tea she said they were still brewing it and walk back inside with no other response so I took the bag and went inside the fries were cold and one of our sandwiches was wrong so I told them to make fresh food as well while I waited on tea to be brewed, then while eating our food in the car I saw her taking food to people’s cars and hitting her vape multiple times, she is not very professional for a manager, and I will not be returning to this location

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Everytime I’ve gone in the last 2 months something about my order has been wrong. It’s like the kitchen crew is incapable of reading a ticket to make an order correctly, not even when it’s as simple as a plain hamburger. Definitely check your bag because they often forget to give you all of your order. This location is now extremely slow regardless of the time of day you go, typically will make you pull out of line and wait anywhere from 5-20min. Better bring your own sauce and napkins too because they arent going to put them in your bag, even if you put it on your mobile order and ask again at the window. If you’re going for the latest happy meal toy, you probably want to go to a different location because this one likes to continue giving out their old toys instead of any new ones that come out. Also if you have kids or get milk/chocolate milk, check the date. There have been countless times I’ve gotten expired ones. If you have a choice, I’d recommend just going elsewhere.
I was in the drive thru to get a happy meal and 4 pm on July 12 and the woman got very sassy and irritated with me , when I told her I wanted a hamburger happy meal , because I didn't see a cheeseburger happy meal! I left and went to wendys, where they are much more friendly!

This is the most extreme of the new, stripped down serious business drab, McDonald's interior design that I have seen. There's no atmosphere in such a dead wall design.
Service was prompt and courteous, the storm seems to be run quite well and very tightly.
