What can Anonymous Pickle say about Ruby Tuesday? Everything was Exceptional. Our Server, Megan was Bubbly and Kind. Our Cups never got Empty and she was Pleasant and Consterate. Our Food was Amazing. We would Highly Recommend the Philly. Only Problem I had is I ask for a Spoon and Received a Shovel that could Feed Goliath.

Ruby Tuesday would have gotten 5 stars, except we were hoping to order ribs for a birthday celebration, but they had run out. We were there at 5:30pm. Our server was terrific and refilled drinks without having to be asked. Salad bar was well stocked and fresh.

Our first visit here today. Our waitress, I believe her name is Danielle, she is a wonderful, attentive, hard working lady. We had an enjoyable lunch meal, Salad Bar & Trio Appetizer. Food was delicious, could have been hotter. Atmosphere of the restaurant disappointing, should be much cleaner and updated. The ladies restroom was beyond filthy, and defaced with profanity

The Bedford VA location use to get my business 2-3 times per week NOW on our last few visits quality has decreased, salad bar unattended with usual carried items and no added ammemties like steak sauce even. What's is up with that at a steake restaurant ??...manager names corporate on reducing food items....I blame poor management !! It will be quite a while before I consider patronage to this restaurant again .

This place is a joke.. the service is ridiculous... Waited 30 minutes for to mixed drinks. Had to ask for someone to take our food order...the spinach dip had no flavor..My husband ordered a ribeye med/well... they said they ran out of ribeye so gave him a ny strip. It was RARE.. I order shrimp scampi. It was flavorless. My bread stick was hard as a stick.. I have been coming here since they opened and it has really gone down hill.. I guess a place is only as good as its management... I won't be back until something changes...
On Sat a large party of(25) w/o reservation overwhelmed the limited staff available.Caused a 1hr wait time at the bar seating, only to be reassigned seating at a table.The GM Sharon was doing a fairly good job trying to correct the situation. The poor customer service from the other staff is unacceptable.

Our waitress, Megan, was phenomenal and deserves a shout out. She was so attentive and kind. She checked in on us often, filled our drinks before they were even empty, and offered us to-go drinks without us having to ask. Probably the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The hostess (i didnt catch her name, sweet woman with white hair) was really awesome too. She listened to me ramble about weird random laws, and checked in on us to see how everything was. It was just a positive experience overall and I was really impressed by the staff. The food was great as well 🙂

Ruby Tuesday is the only place I know of that has a salad bar, and it a good variety of items to choose. Everything was fresh. Our server Paul is very good, attentive without being clingy. This Ruby's Tuesday will be our go-to stop when in the area.
