I don’t even know where to begin. This place is truly unlike anywhere I’ve ever been before. The owners are extremely sweet and personable, and made it a point to make us feel comfortable. This place is the real deal. Very good food, reasonable prices, and great service. The portions were generous, I thought. The coleslaw was really good! I'll definitely be back.
I was having a lousy day and needed some comfort foods. We've been to the ice cream parlor next door but hadn't eaten here yet. The Fried Chicken Sandwich was the best Fried Chicken Sandwich I've eaten. Juicy, crusted amazingly, and paired with the best toppers: Lettuce, Tomato, and Bacon.
