I've had to walk out of this establishment multiple times now. They are just so slow. I stood in line for about 10 minutes without ordering with only 2 people ahead of me. I would've been better off going to a sit-down restaurant.

These stars are only for LaQuesta (how she pronounced it) she was rocking it! Other employee seemed to just be a body. Keep her, value her effort and energy.

This is normally our go to Subway. The last 2 times we have been here the food has not been the best and the sandwiches have been wrong. Also, the personnel did not talk to me at all when I tried to greet them. You could tell they were generally unhappy to be there. The most recent subs had hard bread, 1 was missing cheese, and 1 barely had any steak on it. I see new faces everytime we go as well.

Person took 30 mins to make sandwiches and they were out of cheese sauce... food loin is right there I'm not happy
I got FOOD POISONING from a sub when the bottom of the bread wasn't baked all the way! After countless attempts to get a refund and being stonewalled, I am doing this PSA as a warning to others. The manager NEVER followed up with me after saying she'd have to consult with the owner about giving me a refund. I went to the store after I got well but she wasn't on duty at the time. I showed an employee evidence of my tainted sub. This location has bad business practices. I WON'T be returning to this location and will report the lack of human decency and disregard for customer satisfaction and most importantly, health and safety. Make sure to be careful if you go to this location!

I generally love this subway, but I don't understand why people apply for and work at jobs that they don't want to do! I came in around 7:20 tonight and there was a man and a young lady working. The man was helping another customer with big subs. The lady looked at me, turned around and started cooking bacon. Well, maybe that customer in front of me needs it. Nope, she adds it to the container. Then she starts playing with the onions. Making sure the pickles are full. Checking the bread...like if you don't want to make sandwiches for customers, go find a different job! Never greeted me, never asked me to "hang on", so after 7 minutes I just left. My evening job is two feet away and I love eating here, but if I can't get a sandwich at subway, I'll have to find somewhere else!

Ridiculous employee that just seemed to want to argue about everything. Feel sorry for the new employee that was getting trained and having to work with this rude woman. Ordered online at 5:56pm finally got the food at 6:30pm. Went in at 6:05pm to be told they are working on orders from customers inside the store. Online orders should be worked on first not last. I could had went to a restaurant and got my food quicker. If you order online be ready to wait for a long time. When the app stated the order was ready went in and stated I was there to pick up online order and the argumentative woman stated they haven’t even started on our food, I then said the app states that is ready for pick up and then she says “ I don’t care what the app says”. Well maybe she should. Never will go back this subway. No need to argue with the customers. Also, we weren’t the only customers to seem to be having an issue while we were there.

They weren't very friendly. Not one smile. Sub sucked too. I told her yellow mustard and I think she put honey mustard. Yuck
Last 2 times I came in, Nick..made me feel welcome and did a great job on the making me what I wanted. So, give him a big thanks from me...

Worst sub from subway. No toppings I put in on online order were correct. Strange. Go across the way to BK or taco bell or sonic. 2 slices of turkey on a footlong. Wow.... almost 11 dollars for a turkey sub.

Worst Subway sub I've ever had. My husband picked up the food and carried my printed preferences with him and gave the paper to the person who made the sub. I asked for dressing in a small cup. She put it on the sub and used so much that nothing else could be tasted and it ran down my arms and all over me. It tastes so bad that I cannot even eat it. The food at this location just continues to get worse and worse. We have not gotten food from there in a few months because of that, but hoped it would have improved. Nope, it's even worse than before. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
