The guy behind the counter was nice. Just felt sorry for him being the only one working and having a line. Good luck ordering food in person. All they focus on is online orders. Waited for over 15mins to place order then left because they wouldn't take in person orders.

Awful, absolutely Awful!! This is the 3rd time in 3 years that I've been there and they messed every order up! This time the lady was out of uniform. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch, she did not put onion on as I asked 3 times and put honey mustard on it instead of asking what sauce I wanted. Absolutely do not recommend this location!

Very rude people that work there. I placed an order and went through heck trying to cancel it and get my money back. I ended up having to ride all the way there because the workers refused to answer the phone and then hung up on me as well. I get there and the lady denied ever hanging up on me!! Really!! Never again will I ever order from subway again.

Ordered 4 subs mobile order.....only one person working....had to wait for her to come back from restroom to pick up cold cut didn't have halopinos as ordered. steak sub didn't have mayo oil vinager.. subway club did not have mayo oil vinegar...so last 2 basically had no sauces...the club also had what looked like raw bacon so all that was taken off....usually have no problem but this time lots of problems.....very dissatisfied after ordering 4 footlong subs...

i’ve been 5 times before and everytime i’ve gotten a cold toasted sandwich absolute garbage place id rather dine outside with a raccoon and eat rotten eggs and expired moldy cheese i would never even let a villain eat this disgusting food

I ordered sandwiches 2-days in advance, for my guests coming for the 4th of July. Everything was ready, on-time, and excellently marked, All the condiments and add-ons (tomatoes, lettuce, etc.) were also excellently packed. My guests and I were very happy with the choices and presentation. Great job, Subway!

Food on pickup order was burnt. They weren't busy but order wasn't ready on time. Wrong breads used and no sauce on the teriyaki chicken or the burnt black meatballs. No answer for days at the store. No response from customer support online.

First, I'd like to say that Tanya gets 5 stars. She works so hard and I can tell she's interested in doing her job well.

That said, this location is almost always operating with only one employee. Once more than 3 people are in line, you're looking at a minimum of a 15 minute wait. Today at lunchtime the line was quicky growing with only Tanya working. She was spinning in circles trying to get everyone's orders filled and then rung up at the register. This poor woman looked exhausted.

Whoever runs this location seems to only care about scraping by with the bare minimum. That's not only inconsiderate to the single employee on shift, but also to the customers who are having to wait double the time in line. You can't expect a single employee to run a store when it gets busy.
