We were out and about today and decided on a quick Taco Bell stop. After we walked into the entry way and saw all the dead spotted Lanterns on the floor, we walked out. Several employees standing around talking but no one could sweep them up.

I gave the atmosphere a one because every time I go into taco bell, they have food and trash on the floor where they make the food. If you got time to be on your phone you got time to put a broom in your hand and clean the stuff up. It literally takes maybe 5 mins if you are cell phone free. Cleanliness makes customers actually wanna eat there. If you take care of the restaurant inside out then they know you also care about the food's quality of life. If you have a dirty store, you have food contamination and bacteria just growing. Which is why bubble guts come from taco Bell most of the time. How often are y'all temperature checking your food?

Taco Bell is not the Taco Bell that I grew up on portion size. Very wildly tortillas range from barely being warm to being actually cold. And since I do predominantly drive-thru I get on the road and find they've left sour cream out of the burrito supreme or it's a third the size that it's supposed to be and costs about twice as much as what it should. I may be a fool to keep trying but I keep hoping something will change

It does absolutely no good to customize an order at this location because it’s going to 100% be made wrong. I vowed several months ago that I’d never order food from this location again but decided to give them one more chance and just like always… I was left completely disappointed with inedible food. The location on Old Forest Rd in Lynchburg is amazing… the food is great and the customer service is top notch. The Bedford crew should go there for lessons.

Service was slow as hell , the people didn't look like they were capable of making what we ordered, the manager was rude to my wife , I would recommend closing or restaffing this restaurant
I ordered 2 cheese quesadillas and the cheese wasn’t even melted, like I genuinely don’t think they even put them in the warmers. You literally had one simple job. Very disappointing especially for the price of their quesadillas.

The food was not all that great. It was cold really really greasy. I get you can’t really avoid the grease in fast food. My burrito didn’t even have half the ingredients in. It tasted like crap. I’ve had better I get this part on the waffle fries is not they’re doing, but I do not like their waffle fries. They need to go back to regular fries. Also, before I forget, how am I supposed to eat coleslaw when I order coleslaw am I supposed to use my fingers? I mean common sense would say some of the foods that you get like coleslaw or mac & cheese or any of that stuff you need silverware they need to start paying better attention and making sure they put silverware in the containers when the food qualifies for silverware

My food I received was horrible. It was cold, rice hard as rocks....my cantina power bowl was missing majority of its ingredients such as black beans and guacamole..they actually put ranch instead of sour cream in my bowl...😡.. horrible experience as far as service goes...do not go to this Taco Bell past 5 p.m. you will be highly disappointed ☹️
