I gave the atmosphere a one because every time I go into taco bell, they have food and trash on the floor where they make the food. If you got time to be on your phone you got time to put a broom in your hand and clean the stuff up. It literally takes maybe 5 mins if you are cell phone free. Taco Bell is not the Taco Bell that I grew up on portion size. Very wildly tortillas range from barely being warm to being actually cold. And since I do predominantly drive-thru I get on the road and find they've left sour cream out of the burrito supreme or it's a third the size that it's supposed to be and costs about twice as much as what it should. I may be a fool to keep trying but I keep hoping something will change
Never had a bad experience here! Food is always hot and delicious. I picked up two mobile orders tonight in the drive thru and the service was fast, food was hot and fresh, and the two ladies working the window were so sweet!
